Each piece of ingredient was prepared by order and freshly fried. The tempura batter was thin and crispy. Kisu and anago as the tempura staples would never disappoint you. Moist and juicy veggies. The beef patty tasted just like beef ball. Shiso shrimp ball with a bouncy texture was a standout.
