We came for a weekday dinner as the location is convenient. It wasn't too crowded at 7pm which was nice. There are a lot of innovative sushi choices and the quality of the fish is good. The dessert really stood out, as matcha fans the flavour of the matcha panna cotta was nice and strong. The price is a bit higher than other sushi train restaurants in Hong Kong, it came out to about 300HKD per person - not overly expensive but not a casual meal either.
