I needed a place to kill some time before a meeting in Quarry Bay so I have decided to stopped by for some sushi. Deep fried prawn sushi
It was surprisingly quick service, it took around 1 min right after i made the order. The prawn felt like freshly fire fried with a warm temperature as week as the soft sushi rice.
Each dish comes with three big pieces and the quality remains the same which is average to me.
Soft shell crab rollLet's go all deep fried today. At first time option was not available from the system but then it became ready to order after a few minutes. The freshly fried soft shell crab was wrapped around with rice and seaweed.
The seaweed wasn't particularly fresh. It was a bit chewy and hard to treat off. I like the prawn sushi better if I have to choose.
