The sashimi was very fresh and delicious. We have ordered salmon, shrimp and scallop which are ultimately excellent. Other cooked food such as eel has very high standard as well. Among all, my favourite is the urchin rice. You can even taste the sea water freshness and it was a perfect match with the seaweed and rice. All in all, the rolls and sushi were superb and recommended.
