Tasting set HK$138
I picked a time-honoured and prestige brand Nabeshima (鍋島).🕰️ The set comprises of three glasses - from special junmai (純米) to omachi (雄町米) to love mountain (愛山). The first one is light and crispy.☁️ The second one is herbal and earthy, with a relatively complex texture.🌿 It was introduced as giving the aroma of apple.🍎 The last one used the type of rice called love mountain, which is hard to grow. The sake is sweet, giving the aroma of lychee. 💓
We also picked three yakitori and a dried fish teriyaki boshi (HK$88), which is good to go when chatting.
My personal recommendation is the cumin chicken skewer (HK$33). Though it is spicy, it is still very unique ‼️ The rest is fair - a bit too much sauce. All-in-all, if you wish to have a secret chat with friend, then here is the place😈
