Situation has gotten a bit better and finally can dine in for dinner in restaurants (finally) so we are going all out looking for new places to try!Found this Flagship western food place at the end of the Ship Street in Wan Chai. Looks pretty fancy so we decided to try!It's a pretty small place with only a few tables around but we were pretty lucky with no one around, maybe not as adventurous as us 😂We ordered the Beets and Feta salad and the Ship's Caeser salad for our entrees, and the Carbonar

We ordered the Beets and Feta salad and the Ship's Caeser salad for our entrees, and the Carbonara and the Egg and Steak for our mains. The Beets and Feta salad is quite special, a little bit sour-ish which is really refreshing. The Caeser salad was nothing out of ordinary.
For the mains, the Carbonara was nicely done but a bit too salty in my mind. The sauce is quite special and generous. The Egg and Steak was a bit of surprise for us as they matched quite well. The steak was cooked just to the right tenderness and remained juicy with some radish on the side. Quite yummy! We finished off with the lemon tarts which were also quite nice to finish off the meal.
It's definitely a nice new little place with very friendly staffs so would definitely recommend to try out this new place!
