The staffs are so nice!wonderful food, wonderful place, wonderful people!highly recommended.I would totally recommend this place. I booked the wrong date, but the team was very welcoming and offer a table still We’ve ordered escargot, dry aged pork and carbonara - food was amazing and was a quaint cozy neighborhood go to! They offered a free glass of wine during the promotion. But we brought a bottle of wine there. so they offered a free corkage instead!

今晚系湾仔船街的一间西餐厅食饭,厨师将中式食材融入西餐,中西菜式融合带黎新的味觉体验。餐厅有两层,就算系坐上层,侍应都照顾周到。🔸香煎章鱼须章鱼质地软硬适中,腍得黎有嚼劲,外表焦香,内里咸香。羽衣甘蓝爽脆,有百花蜜的甜味和黑胡椒的辣味,食落唔会寡。🔸特色卡邦尼意粉厨师用咗腊肉和金华火腿配意粉,呢两样食材通常都系中菜见得多。腊肉和金华火腿的咸香味超突出,酱汁浓稠,意粉口感软硬适中,挂汁。🔸避风塘猪排厚身的西班牙猪排肉质都一样腍滑多汁,确系难得。避风塘炸蒜又系中菜常见。👍🏻而我欣赏厨师一啲都唔马虎,会将猪排的一边铺满避风塘炸蒜,同时加了蜜糖芥末酱平衡返炸蒜的咸味,味道刚好,唔会太浓,配菜味道清甜。

今晚我同契女衬放工去咗湾仔船街一间用旧楼改建嘅Fusion餐厅Flagship,真系秒爱上!外墙仍然保留住旧日气息,一入去又时尚又舒适,𠮶种怀旧x现代嘅感觉,劲有层次!🍴 食咗三款fusion菜+两杯cocktail,真系冇中伏,每款都好有诚意!- 四川麻唔辣炒蚬:平时惊辣,但呢味绝对接受到!藤椒麻得嚟唔辣,香气爆灯,蚬肉爽甜,仲配咗香脆多士,点埋酱汁一齐食,超满足!- 避风塘伊比利亚猪排:一上枱炸蒜香即刻冲晒出嚟!七成熟既猪排肉嫩多汁,表面仲有蜜糖芥末,咸香中带甜,层次分明。- 冬阴功大虾意粉:酸酸辣辣超开胃~意粉吸晒汤汁精华,大虾又鲜又弹牙!食落劲有泰国同意大利风味嘅融合感。🍹 cocktail水准唔输酒吧!一杯果香味浓,一杯就酒香突出,啱晒食饭时慢慢叹。整体气氛好正,店员仲会主动介绍菜式,服务贴心。加埋咁有故事感嘅装修,成个用餐体验就好似过咗一场味蕾同时空之旅~📷 下次一定要再嚟!打卡唔止好睇,仲真系好好食 🫶🏻
