The 4 of us decided to have dinner at this restaurant with a customized menu.As hors d'oeuvres, we were given a trio of egg, cheese and lobster salad.As appetizers, came a piece of smoked salmon sprayed with a whisky mist, plus a blob of cream cheese. Hilight of the meal was the crab in peppery tomato sauce. We were each given a side of linguine to go with the sauce. I particularly liked the sweet taste of the tomato coming through.

Meat dish was a piece of thin cut Australian M5 wagyu. A bit too much salt. Didn’t need gravy. Baked garlic was soft and sweet. Didn’t give me bad breath after (as far as I know).
