First time at a western Japanese restaurant, and its famous Omurice (Japanese Omelette Rice) オムライス. Mine came with Ebi Fry (Japanese Fried Shrimp) エビフライ. The sauce was delicious, it tasted like lobster bisque.: 好濃! Fried shrimp with tartar sauce was very nice, no complaint.  The omlette was buttery and creamy, the server opened up the egg pocket and oozed out its soft cheesy custard like scrambled egg inside; it mixed with fried rice made it a perfect spoonful, $122 - 4 yum.
