Samsen is my favorite Thai restaurant in Hong Kong, and I find myself revisiting every month! On my latest visit, I ordered the **wok-fried rice with crab meat & spring onion**, which was bursting with generous chunks of crab. I also enjoyed the **stir-fried chicken with baby corn & flat noodles**, featuring perfectly chewy noodles that made each bite delightful. Samsen is my favorite Thai restaurant in Hong Kong, and I find myself revisiting every month! Although Samsen is usually bustling and crowded, I was pleasantly surprised to find no queue when I visited at 2:00 PM on a Sunday. The lively atmosphere and exceptional flavors keep me coming back for more. If you’re in Central and craving authentic Thai cuisine, Samsen is a must-visit!
