查实今晚上去中环这间分店后,先记得湾仔石水渠街那间其实很久之前也食过了,果时是未出名的,当时食完觉得有点贵和坐得迫和唔舒服的(自己感觉),但都有Thai feel 和食物都还可以的。有个星期六黄昏在中环经过都见好多人排队,所以今晚around 6:20 见冇乜人就入去试吓,入去一食一望就记得了⋯⋯ 入去见menu就系铺枱的纸,选择了2 碗牛肉泰面和一个炸鱿鱼🦑。跟住想饮杯水啦,大家要留意普通清水和sparking water 也要每位$18 ,所以就叫普通drink啦,叫左2 杯lime 之类吧⋯⋯ 牛肉Thai 面系汤底是浓的,内有牛肉牛丸牛腩,有质数的,但又未话去到极高水平,但食完好快会口干,但杯Lime又 太细杯了,饮几口就好快饮完,个炸鱿鱼ok , 个汁好味,但份粮就六至八块左右,比较小⋯⋯埋单2个人$609, 我觉得比较贵,有点儿唔值,坐位用木圆櫈,同埋枱与枱比较迫和嘈,和湾仔分店差唔多感觉……所以试过一次就算了….. 继续阅读

中环分店位于安兰街,一条旺中带静嘅小巷,同湾仔本店一样好受欢迎,开门之前就已经见到一条人龙!不过如果唔介意坐bar 枱,其实好快有位。餐厅里面嘅环境好有泰国feel,座位同摆设都好有地道风情,坐bar枱其实唔错,可以喺open kitchen望住厨师煮嘢食,仲多一份娱乐性 😙我试咗佢哋嘅和牛船面,汤底㶶而不咸,味道好正!金边粉好Q弹,食落去真系好authentic,食得返泰国嘅味道。牛肉系和牛,肉质嫩滑,仲带有少少油香,一个字:正!😋 朋友试咗泰式打抛和牛配油炸鸡蛋饭,肉碎炒得好香,搭配只㶶边太阳蛋捞饭,真系正到爆!总括而言,呢度嘅食物真系好食,但价钱稍微贵咗d,值得一试!如果挂著泰国船面又未飞到嘅时候,呢度系可以帮你止止瘾😆 继续阅读

呢间餐厅喺平日中午时段非常受欢迎,好多人都会排队等位。今日就试咗佢哋嘅Set Beef Boat Noodle同埋Watermelon饮品。首先讲下Set Beef Boat Noodle,呢个菜式系一种泰式船面,汤底浓郁,牛肉鲜嫩,配上弹牙嘅米粉,真系好味。而且份量足够,食完之后感觉好满足。再嚟就系Watermelon饮品,呢款饮品清甜可口,饮落去感觉好解渴。尤其系喺炎热嘅夏天,饮一杯冰冻嘅西瓜汁,真系好舒服。总括嚟讲,Samsen 泰面嘅食物质素唔错,而且价钱合理。如果你钟意食泰国菜,又或者想试下新口味,不妨嚟呢度试下。不过要提醒大家,因为呢间餐厅好受欢迎,所以可能要等一阵先有位。 继续阅读

昨晚下班后,和女朋友去了中环一间泰国菜餐厅试试。到的时候餐厅几乎满座,刚好还剩一张桌子给我们。餐厅气氛不错,餐具也很有特色,不是普通的碗碟,感觉有用心挑选。我们点了泰国炒通菜、泰式火车炒饭配和牛,还有一份泰式炒阔河粉(鸡肉)。另外看到饮品单上有椰子豆奶冰,觉得应该不错,就叫了一杯试试。上菜速度很快,虽然餐厅已经坐满,但没有等太久。食物炒得很有镬气,通菜爽脆,炒饭的米粒分明,和牛不会过老,阔河粉的味道刚好,不会太咸而且还伴以一小碟辣椒酱作调味。椰子豆奶冰比预期好喝,不会太甜,有淡淡的豆香和椰子味。份量方面,两个人刚刚好够饱,不会多到吃不完。整体来说,这顿饭吃得挺满意,下次有机会可能会再来试其他菜式。 继续阅读

Came here put down my name for table of 4 at 6:30. They said it’s a 10 mins wait so I put down my name. It’s now 7:36pm and they have yet gave me a table. Still waiting. Each time I asked them (at least 4 times in the past hour) they said 10 mins. If they be honest they should tell me it’s more than an hour wait then I’ll go somewhere. They should let people reserve online or by phone instead of making big crowds wait outside in the heat. Also such a disturb to the shops next to their restaurant. Again no one force people to wait outside but at least be honest the wait time. 10 mins verses more than an hour wait is a bad insincere estimate. With this crowd they should allow people to make reservations. No one in HK likes this waiting scheme. Also making guest wait outside in the heat with poor ventilation because their kitchen exhaust fan is blowing to the people waiting outside. With motorcycles parking next to the crowded. Oil from kitchen, vehicles gas fumes, extreme heat, that’s rude to their customers. 继续阅读
