The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite romantic as the lights were dimmed and the whole restaurant was quite quiet, a very suitable dinner place for couples to go to. The food presentation were amazing, especially when the ladies have seen how the dessert is being prepared and presented in front of them I can assure you that they would have heart shapes in their eyes and their hearts would melt in an instant.These were the two main dishes that I loved the most and would like to share it with

Duo of Crab $188
Blue swimmer crab salad, citrus and crème fraiche
Layers of tropical fruits and avocado, Topped with Alaska king crab leg, served in an ice crystal- The presentation itself looked stunning, also the layers of crab, fruits, and avocado all complemented one another when eaten all together. The crab was really fresh, the fruit gave the dish the sweetness and tangy flavor to it, and the avocado gave the creamy texture that it should have. What more can I say, it’s just one simply amazing dish right in front of me.
But WAIT FOR IT, because you would be even more amazed by seeing how amazing the dessert not only looks like but also how it tastes like~Raspberry & Rose Ice Cream- This lovely presentation is just genius, just simply breathtaking. Like I would be touched if my boyfriend ordered this for me on Valentine’s Day, or even better discovering a diamond ring inside the nitrogen Rose flavored ice cream (I’d totally say YES without thinking rationally). Okay anyways, let’s move on to the tasting part. So many people may think maybe the presentation looked so nice it might taste weird, but let me tell you that it actually tastes just as amazing as it looks! The Rose ice cream was made in front of the customers with liquid nitrogen, and the rose petals were also frozen therefore the texture of the petals were actually crunchy and smelt really good. The tart base was buttery and crunchy; it went well with the ice cream. Let that rosy smell linger inside your mouth so that when you and your other half has a goodbye kiss by the end of the night, your breath would smell like fresh roses <3 <3 <3
Don’t have to reiterate more, this meal deserves a 5/5!
