Today we try a very different restaurant compare to what we went before, the shop decorations is very eye catching. We start our meal with the 48months Iberico ham, the ham itself won’t be too salty. It best that you could go with other topping, rather then eating it alone. Go with topping can help the ham bring out more favour. This is the shop signature.
White wine blue mussels
One of our starter is the white wine blue mussels. The mussels did not have any odd smell and taste. I can tell the mussels is fresh when look at the meat. It’s quite tender, and the seasoning is not over done. The white wine had completely burn out and left with only a little bit of sweet come from the white wines.
Spaghetti pomodoro
We order two different main course for this visit. One is the spaghetti pomodoro, the taste of the tomato sauce is not too sour and the raw taste of vegetable had been cook out. The spaghetti itself was very chewable, it was a good pair with the sauce. Because the more chew you took, I could actually taste the sweet from the sauce itself.
Fried tilefish with caviar
The other fancy main course was this fried tilefish with caviar. First we talk about the caviar, it is hard that you want to ask for the high tier caviar, but for this restaurant, the caviar standard is there. The taste alone is a-bit salty which is normal, pair with the fried tilefish, the texture and taste is very special. I personally recommended this dish to everyone out there.
Sweet corn gelato
One of the special desert that you could have in this restaurant is the sweet corn gelato. If you took the first glance, you might miss took it as a normal sweet corn. You need to pay attention to the detail of this gelato, which had already worth the price. The taste beside from sweet corn favour, it won’t be too sweet and yet it go well with the topping under it.
