Shortly after we ordered, the waiter served us a plate of cut cucumber and radish. It was sour and crunchy, very appetizing, with unlimited refill.
Iced Jeju green tea milk was smooth and milky, with strong green tea taste. Strawberry and raspberry soda was gassy and refreshing, with strawberry and raspberry bits at the bottom. It was sweet and sour in taste.
Fried honey spam box - It was fried using honey, thus rice cake and luncheon meat sticks were very sweet in taste. Rice cake was chewy and the skin of luncheon meat was crispy and inside was flavourful and juicy.
Omurice with kimchi and stewed pork belly - It was presented nicely with the omelette smooth in appearance. Once the waitress helped to cut open the egg, it came flowing down to the side. It was very soft and sweet, done nicely, not overly cooked. Rice was chewy and fragrant, with the kimchi spicy and crunchy and pork belly was chewy, with lean fats in it.
Grilled pork belly in soy sauce with ssamjang - Pork belly was grilled with soy sauce, making it flavourful and chewy, with fats in between. Lettuce was provided to wrap with it, with kimchi and brown sauce at the side to wrap all together. When ate together, it was crunchy and juicy, very tasty.
