Came here with a few friends during a weekday for lunch and place wasn’t too crowded. There were about 8 options for the main course and plenty of options for the salad bar. Service was good but the kitchen for the main is a bit slow. First plate from the salad bar. The onsen egg was delicious and well cooked. There’s a small assortment of cheese, cold cuts, salads, and scout 7 different types of salads (green papaya, chorizo, tofu, etc. ) there are also a couple soups and about 8 small dessert

I ordered the coffee crusted lamb. The portion was about right and nicely cooked. Slightly pink in the middle and well seasoned. 
Grabbed some sweets also before ordering the coffee (included in the lunch set) The Black Forest cake was the key here ;)
Overall quite happy with this meal. The price is reasonable and ambiance is great for a nice lunch gathering for friends or even for business meetings.
