Had a fantastic omakase here. Ingredients all very fresh and from various parts of Japan. Restaurant was pristine and the Japanese chef spoke relatively fluent Cantonese and English. There were so many dishes that I actually asked to skip the kobe beef. Kowloon City is known for Thai food but there seems to be a few interesting Japanese restaurants around too. Definitely worth the detour from my usual haunts.
