It’s crispy and nice.I loved the foam lobster soup the most. It tasted so refreshing.Foie gras paste and signature opera cake s always up to standard What a pity s I didn’t notice scones and macarons are not included in this luxuary tea set. They r included in the basic tea set tho. so if u wanna try their
