Really enjoy "yumcha" amd dimsum over lunch amd dinner.I think this is a very good culture for slow eats and slow food (similar). People can gather and chat over several hours with spacious area, and most importantly, cost minimum. I think this is a very necessary culture for Hongkong people, in particular for those from the lower level of the society who need "space" over meals, and a place to gather with friends.
