We have tried reserving a table a two times in the past 6 weeks, and finally, we can get a table on the perfect timing.Heard from our dear friends that this is quite a value restaurant, food choices is easy as they merely offer  8-course or 10-course tasting menuAs an Oyster lover, their little oyster bar does have my attention, although I didn't prepare to order any at the first place.As this is quite a nice occasion, we decided to go for the 10-course menu... and here comes the first starter..

And after a few chat with the nice lady there, I just can't refuse her recommendation, as these oysters were all fresh and from France this morning... and this is really a great decision as I haven't tried the oyster with a sweet after-taste for a long long time... The Podge one was really stunning... I liked it.. 
Pan fired Scallop with the specially made cauliflower foam

Second starter is the special scallop, from Hokkaido, made with the warm cauliflower foam... quite an interesting mix, and the temperature was perfect... very nice dish.
Beef Tartare

The Next Entree was the Beef Tartare... which was not bad, but I would like to say that the garlic taste was a bit too strong this time...
Wild Boar Terrine

Pork Terrine was never my cup of tea, but this time, I was surprised that their handmade one was filled with different gradient and liver, making it quite a tasty one for the night... seldom I would like to taste more, but the liver in the middle of the terrine was really surprising... 
Lobster Bisque

Lobster Bisque, was a rather sweet soup... and can sense that a lot of time and energy have been spent in preparing this soup...

The main was a Wagyu steak, and luckily that the portion is relatively small, and so, can still have time to gently enjoy it.

It took us around 3 hours to complete all the major dishes before the dessert - a lovely homemade Caramel Cake..
