3. I love silver needle noodles since I was a kid. The noodles go so well with the laksa paste, and eating them with a spoon save me so much trouble in picking them up and sending them to my mouth with chopsticks! I was told by the shop owner that Dry Laksa has been an uprising trend in Singapore since a few years ago.
4. Toppings are fresh and enjoyable, the shrimps (sliced in halves), sliced fish cake, shredded chicken and egg.
5. Parsley is not really my thing. It does bring freshness to the bowl, but somehow it taste like detergent to me…
