约左朋友晚餐,但其实未firm食咩,经过rempah noodles,朋友建议试下,佢话想试好耐,但每次lunch time都劲多人,店内布置简洁明亮,黑白色为主,食物选择唔多,优质虾面($98),娘惹浓厚叻沙($98)同埋乾叻沙($98),另外有几款饮品,同朋友简左优质虾面同埋娘惹浓厚叻沙,南阳咖啡配炼奶,虾面先到店员建议先喝汤再食面,虾面汤头一口唔太觉得有咩特别,再喝发觉虾味浓而清甜,虾肉亦爽口鲜甜,另有猪油渣,同埋两片五花腩,怕油腻的可能会却步,但在我还可,因猪油渣令面带有油香,而五花腩望落虽肥,但亦入口即融,面质是油面加米粉,坦白说我还蛮满意的,真的不错,食到中途店员奉上指天椒一碟说可随自己接受辣度加上,是另一种口味食法而汤及面条如不够亦可免费再加,不得不说店员介绍招呼亦颇详细亲切,值得一赞。朋友娘惹浓厚叻沙亦不错叻沙味够浓,唔会太辣,内有中虾,豆卜,鱼片,糖心蛋同埋柠檬叶,味道确实不错,朋友清碗之余再添加,蛮满足的,吃完很排念新加坡的叻沙,然後我们发现黑板墙上写着有kaya toast($38)提供我非常喜欢她们kaya toast,面包够脆是基本,特别在於她们的咖央口感就像吉士的口感一样,香滑软绵,有些少冻带上咖央甜甜的味道再加上香脆热辣的多士,是非常好吃的一道甜品,值得推介,虽然店内食品不多,但每样都非常好食,此店定会再来。 继续阅读

📸◽️今次要介绍嘅餐厅系位於湾仔嘅 Rempah Noodles,主打新加坡菜,而整个菜单只卖三款面食,就系虾面、叻沙同乾叻沙。店内装潢以黑白简约为主,与菜单嘅简约互相呼应。Rempah Noodles is located at Wan Chai, specializes in Singaporean dishes. It only provides three kinds of main courses, that are prawn noodles, laksa, and dry laksa. It is decorated in a simple black and white colour tone.◾️咖椰吐司 (Kaya Toast) $38咖椰吐司表面烘得微焦,热辣辣且松脆,同夹层咖椰嘅香滑形成强烈对比。味道方面,斑兰嘅味道好突出,亦系佢同其他咖椰吐司最与别不同嘅地方。我哋推荐你试依款小食。The surface of the kaya toast is slightly charred, that gives a hot and crispy texture. The kaya in the inner part is smooth, which contrasts with the surface. The flavour of pandan is extraordinary, and this is how it differentiates from other kaya toast. We highly recommend you to try this kaya toast.◽️娘惹浓厚叻沙 (Nonya Laksa Lemak) $98汤底用上乾葱、黄姜等香料,再加上鸡骨、猪骨同椰浆打造而成,质感较稠浓,味道甜中带辣。面底用上粗米粉,而配料有鲜虾、鱼饼同豆腐卜等。整体上,味道较虾面浓烈,但每款配料嘅味道都被汤底掩盖。The soup is cooked with fried onions, turmeric and other spices, together with chicken bones, pork bones and coconut milk. It tastes sweet and spicy, and it has a thicker texture. It uses thick rice vermicelli and served with prawns, fish cakes and bean curd puff. Overall, the taste is stronger than prawn noodles, but all sides are covered by the taste of the soup.◾️优质虾面 (Premium Prawn Noodle) $98汤底可以话系依碗面嘅精髓所在,用炒香嘅虾头、虾壳熬制而成,虾味浓烈,清而不淡。而面底用上蛋面同米粉,可以同时品尝两种质感。配料嘅猪腩肉浸过虾汤後都格外甘香。依款面食较为推荐。The soup is cooked exquisitely with fried prawn head and shells that gives a strong taste of prawn. A mix of egg-noodle and thin rice vermicelli is served together that you can taste two different kinds of noodles at the same time. Stewed pork belly soaked in the shrimp soup gives a juicy taste. This restaurant serves very delicious laksa noodle! The soup base was amazing . I had seafood laksa . I loved it ! The seafood was fresh and tasty ! Apart from laksa they also serve prawn noodles ! I personally think this is one of the best laksa in Hong Kong ! 继续阅读

位於湾仔金钟之间的Rempah Noodles位置不太好找门面很大器很fusion的感觉光亮整齐 而简单 很有格调让人未吃已经感觉良好店面蛮大的 安排坐在对街的位子 喜欢菜单只有三款面食 小编理念一直是 觉得款式从来不需要多 专注招牌菜就好菜单底下 写着 没味精没服务费 大加分吃完的确不口渴娘惹浓厚叻沙($98)汤叻沙 汤底是浓稠的 如果重口味一点会更好面是米线底 滑滑的 还不错乾叻沙($98)首尝乾叻沙酱汁和汤叻沙一样 面底是银针粉搭配很新鲜 吃下去很搭很喜欢咖央多司($38)咬下去第一口蛮惊艳的!首先是很浓椰汁味第二是不是很甜 整个味道很适合补充一句 吐司是冷的 继续阅读

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much for the noodles part of rempah noodles. The instagram circus that had been kicked up over this place was pertaining to the kaya toast.I had never heard of ‘dry laksa’, and every self respecting singaporean I’ve asked after concerning what this mysterious dish is reacting with horror. One even went as far as to say “sounds like depression”. I tried the dish nonetheless. and It was: depression. The condiments used to pepper my dry laksa was overpowering, I was eating bitter grass - coriander. My friend, who ordered the nonya laksa was perfectly happy with her soupy spicy broth. However, this was all remedied by the delicious and generous portion of kaya they served. 继续阅读
