First up, ordered the fatty tuna (v expensive $148 for 1 pc) and guess what?? There was a piece of bone (about 1cm) in there Regretted.. should have stuck to wagyu since this restaurant is selling Kagoshima wagyu.... The 'volcanic' wagyu rice came with 2 thin pieces of wagyu surrounding the rice... meat was tender but the peppery sauce totally masked the sweetness of the beef... No wonder they are giving 50% discount Never again
