First time coming here... the ramen is better than expected..the soup base has a strong flavor and the noodles is chewy and good! The gyoza was done just right as well...good value of money too for lunch with an additional of $12 for a plate of karage and gyoza.However, we have accidentally ordered 3 portion of 6 gyoza for 4 girls. The waiter placed order without repeating or questioning the order. Then one of the waiter came and informed us that we have ordered many plates of gyoza. We request
However, we have accidentally ordered 3 portion of 6 gyoza for 4 girls. The waiter placed order without repeating or questioning the order. Then one of the waiter came and informed us that we have ordered many plates of gyoza. We request to cancel one of the portion but the manager immediately immediately rejected saying that once the order is placed, you cannot cancel in a stern and affirmative tone.
Thanks for telling us we ordered so many plates of gyoza but nothing can be done to please your client. This clearly shows how the manager prefer to lose the customers than going into the kitchen to cancel order...really need a second thought before visiting again
