This restaurant specializes in crab meat, something very similar to the ones you can find in Shanghai that’s serves this all year round ! The food here is pretty expensive..... anything with crab meat will definitely be over HKD 300.Razor clams was pretty crispy and fresh, well flavored with the mustard oil ! Pretty refreshing dish ! Originally I want to order the cooked crab version but the waitress was keep selling us on the raw version. Honestly I personally really didn’t like it, I feel like I was drinking tons of alcohol and didn’t feel like I was eating anything.

Pretty interesting dish, peach gum with crab meat...... I guess there isn’t any flavor with peach gum. And this was like a stew it’s pretty heavy ..... I think the stir fried bean jelly would have been much better. After eating a bowl of this I was already reall full.

Pretty average crab meat and pork dumplings.... only if it’s pure crabmeat 😂I would have loved it much better ! But this isn’t bad !

This was really my favorite dish, I guess they make pretty good normal Shanghainess food ! The meat was tender and the soya sauce was not too salty and it was a bit sweet !

I didn’t really feel much of the crab meat here .... but I guess if I treated this as a pork ball then it’s pretty good !

Deep fried glutinous rice, this was pretty yummy. Crispy outside with a hot chewy rice inside ! It’s a savory dish with a little seaweed flavor !

I am not sure if I will give it a second chance .... if I really do then it will be the cook crab ! Since my experience for the raw one was pretty bad.
