香港的上海菜之前最喜欢留园,老吉堂开门后一直想来,这次终于如愿。 定的包间,服务非常好。菜品味道我个人觉得在线,但是比起上海的老吉士总店感觉还是差一些,上海的朋友直接表示味道和上海存在尝得出的差距。价格不能和国内比,在香港看算适中。香港的上海餐厅本来就不多,同行相比,老吉堂在香港还是相当突出的。 【凉菜 腐竹拌蘑菇】 98 简单好吃【葱香雅片鱼头】 558 最后临时加的一道菜,没想到味道十分好吃。鱼头骨头的部分非常juicy,都被我嗦的一干二净。【手拨凤尾虾仁】 298 虾仁很小,有滋有味。【花雕醉膏蟹】 568 能在香港吃到这个已经很满足了,但是感觉不如庸府的宁式18斩【熏鲳鱼】 168 我个人很喜欢,熏味恰到好处,肉质juicy。【火腿甜豆】 288 清新美味。【干捞蟹肉石锅饭】 800 四人份了这道硬菜,服务员拌好后上桌,感觉蟹粉的分量较少,不过瘾。下次想尝试蟹粉粉皮。【本帮膳糊】 268 个人原因,一直吃不明白膳糊的油腻。【红烧狮子头】 288 上海朋友说不是很正宗,肉太碎,并不成块。我个人觉得味道还可以。【酒酿丸子】 98 最后送了酒酿丸子,免费的不应该挑剔,但少了些桂花香,平淡无奇。

前阵子看到不少朋友来过这𥚃,都推介蟹粉粉皮,最近跟吃货朋友提了一下,他就建议不如去大吃大喝一埸。首先跟大家道个歉,由于我当晚落极忘形,搅到原图照片给丢了,只剩下我post过朋友圈的小图。生腌冻蟹- 卖相不及甬府,但味道相像也很爆羔。本来我打算吃完所有蟹脚,但实在点了太多菜,有心无力。蟹粉粉皮- 好香好好味 唯一缺点里面有点蟹壳碎,吃的时候要小心呀! 可以想像蟹季将会更Gel咀 😍 我和淀粉人吃了很多啊!蟹粉饭 - 饭焦很够、蟹粉香浓(略嫌沟稀左少少),热食一流。蟹粉丝 - 唯一这个小败笔,粉丝很干,如果煮水一点会好些。上海鳝糊 - 我很喜欢,但忘记了有什么特别之处了。狮子头 - 不够松软滑口 可以不试。鱼虾蟹汤 - 第一次吃这样的汤,好鲜甜还带点gel口 特别。特别鸣谢朋友诚意安排当天蟹宴,原来安排一个局需要这样细心,又学习了!

This restaurant specializes in crab meat, something very similar to the ones you can find in Shanghai that’s serves this all year round ! The food here is pretty expensive..... anything with crab meat will definitely be over HKD 300.Razor clams was pretty crispy and fresh, well flavored with the mustard oil ! Pretty refreshing dish ! Originally I want to order the cooked crab version but the waitress was keep selling us on the raw version. Honestly I personally really didn’t like it, I feel like I was drinking tons of alcohol and didn’t feel like I was eating anything. Pretty interesting dish, peach gum with crab meat...... I guess there isn’t any flavor with peach gum. And this was like a stew it’s pretty heavy ..... I think the stir fried bean jelly would have been much better. After eating a bowl of this I was already reall full. Pretty average crab meat and pork dumplings.... only if it’s pure crabmeat 😂I would have loved it much better ! But this isn’t bad ! This was really my favorite dish, I guess they make pretty good normal Shanghainess food ! The meat was tender and the soya sauce was not too salty and it was a bit sweet ! I didn’t really feel much of the crab meat here .... but I guess if I treated this as a pork ball then it’s pretty good ! Deep fried glutinous rice, this was pretty yummy. Crispy outside with a hot chewy rice inside ! It’s a savory dish with a little seaweed flavor ! I am not sure if I will give it a second chance .... if I really do then it will be the cook crab ! Since my experience for the raw one was pretty bad.

#多谢好姊妹们同ee庆祝生日老吉堂系上海 #老吉士 既姊妹店姊妹们知ee钟意食蟹🦀,就同我去试菜生蟹ee食得多,韩式、潮式都食过,就系未试过上海式。味道鲜甜,蟹膏实而香口,一试难忘。蟹粉粉皮相当好味😋,份量都唔少。干捞膏蟹粉丝👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻够干身,条条粉丝都挂上蟹膏同蟹肉,虽然贵啲,性价比高。老醋海蜇头有醋香,但略嫌酸左dd。醉鸡唔够味道,可以不叫。鸡子鸡都几够辣,但鸡件超迷你,有种食紧popcorn chicken既感觉😅。炒甜豆好味,豆香够甜,不错!炒鳝糊好味😋黄鳝加上酱汁,同蝴蝶包夹住食!最后,蟹粉小笼包就好点逊色,我都钟意上海既 #佳家汤包📍老吉堂 (铜锣湾)铜锣湾耀华街38号 Zing! 28-29楼
