I decided to treat my wife today for dinner, thus I suggested to bring her to Lab Eat restaurant & bar. It was located at Kimberly Road, along that stretch of Korean restaurants. They served dinner set as well as ala carte menu. As for ala carte menu, they offered daily specials, soup, appetizers, main course, desserts and drinks etc. Shortly after we ordered, they served us a bun. Cloudy bay clam with chilli lemon butter sauce - The size of the clams was big and fat, and the texture was chewy. It was very tasty, as chilli lemon butter sauce was flavourful and slightly creamy.
Charcoal grilled US prime rib eye with red wine sauce - We requested for medium, thus there is still redness on the meat, and yet there is no blood flowing out. It was grilled till nicely, with charred taste as well. It was tender and chewy, going well with the sauce provided. Hash brown was soft and crispy as well.
Tinker bell - It tasted slightly like mojito, except that it was mixed with green apple and lime. It was refreshing, with ok level of alcohol content.
