We read through the menu.....

The grilled Brittany blue lobster was first come to our mind. Unfortunately, it was sold out at 8pm already 😭

Well....the texture and smell was really nice
Full of meat


Hokkaido scallop “a la plancha”
The caviar was especially rich and very nice
Scallops with caviar s served with matcha
It s really perfect!

The last dish was roasted suckling pig
The sauce underneath was really nice .. with onion and black garlic .... taste sweet

The meat was so tender and it’s perfect with little sea salt 😋

As a birthday celebration, the whisk gave us a birthday cake at the end
Cake with passion fruit
Just balanced and refresh me up
