When I ordered, they offered this new lobster head option so I ordered that because I love lobster tomalley.I could also smell spicy Sichuan hotpot in the air because this was on the secret menu for tourists.
I was so glad I got the lobster because after a while the lobster made the broth rich and pungent with tomalley that it was time for noodles.
Instant noodles worked the best because it absorbed the lovely broth while the green tea noodles had a grassy sting to it.Vegetables are a must too for a balanced diet so here are my veggies.
