was shopping for christmas presents at the shopping center when we stopped by oliva for dinner. we had a craving for italian food and decided to give this restaurant a try.ordered: herb bread (included with dinner)mushroom soup (included with the rib eye steak)caesar salad ($48)new zealand rib eye steak ($98)-the herb bread was cold and soft. not so good. would have tasted a lot better if it was toasted-mushroom soup was sooo good. soup came piping hot and very flavorful. better than expected

-caesar salad is good also but had too much dressing. next time i would ask for dressing on the side. croutons in the salad was not good though. too oily and tasted stale.
-new zealand rib eye steak was better than expected. very american. you can taste the beef. red wine sauce that accompanied the steak was a perfect match.
I think the chef is amazing. the taste was really good. both salad and entree was very flavorful. would go again they even have a 30% discount special going on now.
