After an art jamming session, my boyfriend and I sauntered over to Hugo's for a Sunday Roast.I was completely beguiled! Hugo's hands down serve the best roast in Hong Kong (Second best is that served at the Mandarin Grill) Service was friendly,competent and detailed. The manager saw us with our giant paintings and offered to store them for us then kindly led us to our table.The waiters came out with a revolving trolley of salads, there was a huge selection to choose from. So even for the pickies

Just look at that giant piece of perfection
I have nothing but praise for their roast! The beef.. cooked to perfection, flavours.. PACKED, gravy.. spot on, Yorkshire Pudding.. perfectly done! Only thing missing I suppose was more roasted carrots and beans! I cannot even begin to stress how good this roast was. If you're looking for a decent Roast, do yourself a huge favour and come down here!
The desserts however were rather average in my opinion
