Charcoal Grilled Eel*
The eel is served first, and then grilled over charcoal right in front of us, creating a crispy exterior while remaining tender and bouncy inside.
A4 Wagyu Cutlet Charcoal Sando*
This A4 Wagyu cutlet sandwich was highly recommended online, and we were really looking forward to it! The thick cutlet is breaded, with a lovely pink color, rich marbling, and a strong beefy flavor, filled with plenty of juices. When paired with the charcoal-grilled sandwich, it’s perfectly balanced without being too greasy.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely return🥂
