Looking for a western/Chinese fusion fine dine? Check out Flagship! Located right in between Admiralty and Wanchai station - this cute restaurant offers a lot of interesting dishes. My favourite was definitely the Carbonara Chinese Style 🍝! Firstly, the carbonara was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Also love the small details like using Jinhua diced meat and local cured meat (臘腸) as the meat piece instead of bacon. It added a lot of textures - so this is a must order!
