Ramen joRamen Jo is always my top three on my must eat list. Yesterday I went to Ramen Jo in causeway bay and tried their limited flavour-shrimp flavour.After about ten minutes, my ramen with shrimp broth was on the table. It has luciously rich shrimp flavour, the broth is strong and rich, not too salty. The pork slice is a bit thin, but still tender and juicy and it would definitely melt in your mouth! The half-boiled egg is slightly seasoned and it has excellent runny yolk. The noodles is chew

After about ten minutes, my ramen with shrimp broth was on the table. It has luciously rich shrimp flavour, the broth is strong and rich, not too salty. The pork slice is a bit thin, but still tender and juicy and it would definitely melt in your mouth! The half-boiled egg is slightly seasoned and it has excellent runny yolk. The noodles is chewy and al dente. Portion is generous.
Will definitely visit Ramen jo again!
