Crispy Chicken skin in two ways (Sautéed Garlic & Chilli Chicken): The portion was bigger than I’d thought. Chicken skin was literally crispy, and the chicken in Sautéed Garlic & chilli flavor was heavenly good! It’s as good as those in Dai Pai Dong!
Classic Barbecue pork: Tender and succulent. It went super well with the common fig. sauce! And I can guarantee you this combination is unique in hk!
Tossed Jasmine Rice & Fish Maw in Abalone Sauce: The abalone sauce perfectly soaked through the rice! Good for ladies cuz fish maw is rich of collagen 😉
Fish Maw, Crab Meat & Egg White in Chinese Wine: Again, good for ladies 😌 I somehow don’t like the taste of Chinese wine in the dish. It gets a bit too greasy for me.
Fish Maw in Jelly Crystal: Refreshingly sweet! It’s definitely an ideal dessert after a big big meal ☺️
Overall, I’d recommend this resto to you all though it’s quite an expensive one. Mother’s Day is around the corner, and this is absolutely a nice one for a family dinner 💖
