尋晚朋友約咗我喺銅鑼灣,行完街後佢就提議去呢間餐廳食飯,咁啱喺正Times Square對面,真方便Tuna Tartare ($118)記得食每一啖之前放啲吞拿魚他他同牛油果醬喺米子紫菜上面,吞拿魚他他配有港式辣椒油,再加上呢一種食法,大家一定會鍾意的🥰Uni Lobster Bisque Arancini 2 pcs ($228)一個煲咗好耐,味道好濃嘅龍蝦湯,然後用個龍蝦湯去煮Risotto,再包住一啲cheddar cheese拎去炸,配上新鮮嘅海膽,口感實在太豐富🤤Drunken Crab Pasta ($248)Chef用咗紹興酒同雞油去煮,個Textures唔似平時western pasta咁saucy ,反而有小小似中式麵咁樣嘅口感😛Crispy Beef Short Rib ($268)牛坑腩個皮好脆身,肉質鮮嫩,口感食落有啲似叉燒,嗰醬汁用咗榛子同薯蓉,極度推薦🥳Bao Guk ($120)由rum同果酒調配出嚟,再加入咗洋甘菊去tune返杯酒嘅甜度同Freshness 同埋Greek Yogurt去增添小小個奶香味🥸Salt Bae ($120)調酒師用咗陳皮去

調酒師用咗陳皮去慢煮gin,再加入青檸鹹檸,味道帶點citrus 柑橘味,再配上蜂蜜同法國梨酒 ,飲落個酒精咁會比較低,始終都有一shot gin,會建議大家慢慢飲,同埋記得飲之前舔一舔啲鹽😋
