Original had booked the dinner set for celebrating Mothers Day. The menu was pre-set which has been order week ago. We have been waiting for almost 45mins for the food. There was water dropping from the air-con to our tea. One of the food items 鵝掌was sold out and they have replaced with another 鮑魚菇 WITHOUT notifying us until we found out ourselves and pointed out. Original had booked the dinner set for celebrating Mothers Day. The menu was pre-set which has been order week ago. We have been waiting for almost 45mins for the food. There was water dropping from the air-con to our tea.

One of the food items 鵝掌was sold out and they have replaced with another 鮑魚菇 WITHOUT notifying us until we found out ourselves and pointed out. The waiter, Mr. Lo apologized politely, saying they forgot to inform us. We claimed we booked the menu in advanced and how come it could be lack of stock(鵝掌)? The case then passed to the Assistant Manager, Ms Chau who was very unprofessional, she was very rude and said we have already taken the food....or else she could change it...well, if it's no more stock in the kitchen, how she could replace it and give back the original order? She only offered another 2 cans of soft drinks (when we still had an un-open can on the table) or we could choose to top up the Chinese celebrating bread from 12 to 18pcs for free.....(
Give us another 6pcs for what? Throwing at her?

She was not sincere, rude and her eyes even not look at you when talking to you...her handling skills was totally unacceptable and it ruined our dinner gathering.

Finally, we accepted the Chinese desserts for 12pax which she personally ordered through walkie-talkie and promised they would keep it for us....and it turned out only 11bowls coz its SOLD OUT again.....

I suggested the Managerial level should take the right person to the right position with effective communication or else you gonna lose the potential customers as there are so many communication channels to spread out bad experience to others warning them not to even try!!
