🌟🌟米芝蓮二星中菜館 2 STARS Michelin Chinese Resto - New set on offer! 😍————— Hands down the best dim sum I have ever had! I love dimsum but rarely ever visit fancy Chinese resto so this was a first for me. Love the Har Gow (shrimp dumpling), super bouncy texture wrapped in a thin layer of crystal clear translucent but slightly chewy skin. Was also very impressed by the mushroom dumpling! Was also very impressed by the mushroom dumpling! The mushrooms were super fragrant and flavourful and all diced into mini cubes of the same size! Can really see the level of precision and professionalism that went into the preparation of this dish! 美心好好食!蝦餃好大粒,肉質彈牙,外皮晶瑩剔透,偏薄又有少少咬口。香菇餃都好有驚喜,餡料好香好夠味,每粒菇都切到大細一模一樣,睇得出師傅嘅功架!

Also really enjoyed the soup, love the nice crunch from the very evenly sliced wax gourd and the sweetness from the Argentinian langostino! Though the bamboo pitch was a tad under seasoned in my opinion. 另外個湯都好有驚喜,略嫌竹笙味道偏淡,阿根廷赤海蝦味道好鮮甜,冬瓜榮質感爽脆,有多重口感,好味呀👍🏻

I was also impressed by the stewed pasta鮑汁鮮菌雞柳燴寬麵, 😍so flavourful and smooth, best I have ever had!

Surprisingly, I enjoyed the daily sweet soup 大廚甜湯👍🏻 (silky smooth snow fungus and perfect level of sweetness that didn’t taste artificial at all!) more than the custard filled glutinous rice ball流沙燕窩煎堆, in my humble opinion, custard lava bun is still the best combo, yes better than deep fried glutinous rice ball stuffed with custard.

Was most disappointed by deep fried Kagoshima pork脆炸厚切鹿兒島梅肉配番茄醬, was expecting a beautiful rectangular piece of cutlet, but both presentation and taste was far from what I had hoped, very average.

Overall, the experience was great with great food, though the food arrived in too much of a rush and service and ambience didn’t quite meet my expectation for a restaurant with two 📍Michelin stars🙈
