今日本來唸住去Ruth's Chris食扒,點知個牌寫住仲未有美國扒,得澳洲扒,所以去咗 呢度食lunch海景嘉福外牆新鋪咗,灰白色變得trendy咗講番間餐廳,個人覺得入口有氣勢,但內部裝修麻麻,又樓底偏矮set lunch 抵到難,$198 for 3 courses呢度自動斟vittel 做水,唔駛order熱麵包有兩類,一是一般法包個幾種,一是外脆內軟既孖仔包,呢個真掂,又配porcini xxx butter 同macro fish paste,夠個性得嚟 又唔錯頭盤要煎pork net包去骨quail,入面釀咗 barramundi terrine,quail夠firm,雖然胸肉位係預料中之有啲 腥味,但是可以接受,餡配得又幾ok,煎得又幾好,脾位就夠嫩,汁其實係由兩三隻叠 埋,好味得嚟有啲 驚喜主菜要龍蝦粒capellini,呢個係全埸敗北之作,仲話係chef's recommendation,龍蝦肉本身幾鮮,但成個麵同配料...唉,唔想講,唔知似乜甜品要sesame choco mousse in xxx syrup,口感超輕,味道不俗,個汁其實係用原條vanilla同

整體而言,如果係個麵唔掂,抵食到爛
