🍚到最期待既甜品環節,最驚喜竟然係榴槤班蘭糯米飯,🔵蝶豆花椰漿糯米飯做得十分出色,咬落軟糯,味道天然,同榴槤簡直係絕配👏

⚱️底層既三款馬來西亞榴槤分別係D175紅蝦、D101柔佛黃金同D197貓山王,🤵🏻上架時職員有講解享用次序,由淡味既紅蝦食到濃味既貓山王。😎當中個人最鍾意紅蝦,食落味道雖然最清淡,但口感甘香軟滑兼有忌廉香,正!🤪

🍴The Market in Hotel Icon offers Durian Tea Set in every durian season! 🕰 They supplies at 3-6pm everyday, 📲 you have to book online in advance as it’s very popular and you need to pay $200/2 people to secure the seats 💳


🫖“All About Durian” Southeast Asian Afternoon Tea ($867/2 people including service charge)🫖
🥣The set include a soup, some Southeast Asian snacks and Durian desserts🍦 People went out for the homemade D197+D24 Durian Ice cream and Godiva Ice cream right away😍 The Durian Ice cream is rich in taste and taste perfect when mixed with the durian flesh🤩


🥄The soup is served first, they used the Durian shell, seed, flesh and coconut shell to stew 🥥, it’s sweet and can warm up one’s body 😉


🦞The lobsters on top are eye catching, 🤤it’s fresh and taste delicious with the sauce 🐟Though the fish look pale when unwrapped, 🧄the flavour is so strong as there are garlic, chilli, lemongrass, etc in seasoning, and it’s quite spicy for me🌶


🍚 For the long waited dessert part, I love the Durian, with Glutinous Rice the most, 🔵 the rice is moist, slightly chewy and taste natural, which goes really well with the Durian👏


⚱️There are three types of Malaysia Durian and they are D175 Red Prawn, D101 and D197 Mustang King,🤵🏻the staff explain to us the sequence of eating and😎 personally I prefer the Red Prawn as it’s creamy, smooth and slightly sweet🤪
