what i wanted to describe was"腐壞, 不新鮮"的~!
榛子慕士was bland and boring, with too much in percentage of the pastry，榛子碎was not enough to add the crispiness，
i didn't agree that the middle was 莎巴翁，
but instead it was pineapple infused custard i thought,
菠蘿果肉was cut into dice and surprisingly brown in color，
tasting just like canned pineapples,
but addition of brittle caramel broken pieces made me quite amazed of the function of this action,
批餅上有一層海綿蛋糕，but it didn't really cover the whole tart base,
only the center little part.
although this tart was most in the fridge,
their餅底was still變潮，
not 鬆化nor 脆身，
沒想到tony 可以如此deteriorate！
