呢間新派日本餐廳位於鰂魚涌主打新派嘅日式美食餐廳嘅裝修擺設都非常高雅俾到人一種舒適嘅感覺夜晚喺到食飯都真係幾chill😆🔸Edamame🔸Spinach🔸Madai Truffle🔸Waygu Tataki🔸Sashimi 🔸Honjokko Otoro🔸Robata Pork Belly🔸Mizuna salad🔸Sea Bass Saikyoyaki🔸Creme Brulee🔸Co-Matchy 🔸Okiru呢間餐廳真係好有格調,佈置同擺設都好新派,有別傳統嘅日本餐廳。首先上嘅係Edamame同Spinach,前者即係枝豆,廚師曬咗海鹽喺面,令到枝豆食落咸咸哋,估唔到又幾夾😉 Spinach就咁睇賣相未必估到佢喺咩,其實佢喺菠菜卷,面層鋪上芥末籽同芝麻醬,無論口感同味道都好有層次👍食完小食同前菜就到Madai Truffle同Waygu Tataki喇,兩款美食嘅設計都好新穎,Madai Truffle係鯛魚刺身沙律,再加上黑松露同柚子醋汁,令到個沙律食落好fresh,鯛魚好鮮甜,配埋鵪鶉蛋同車厘茄食好好味👅 Waygu Tataki就顧名思義係和牛他他,呢間餐廳嘅和牛他他係一片片

食完小食同前菜就到Madai Truffle同Waygu Tataki喇,兩款美食嘅設計都好新穎,Madai Truffle係鯛魚刺身沙律,再加上黑松露同柚子醋汁,令到個沙律食落好fresh,鯛魚好鮮甜,配埋鵪鶉蛋同車厘茄食好好味👅 Waygu Tataki就顧名思義係和牛他他,呢間餐廳嘅和牛他他係一片片上,牛肉內部呈粉紅色,食落鮮嫩無比,非常惹味🤪
之後就食刺身喇🤣刺身一共有四款,分別係三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚同池魚,四款刺身都好新鮮,其實三文魚最出色,入口即溶😍食完刺身就到壽司,Honjokko Otoro係餐廳嘅特色卷物,上菜嘅時候係做到煙燻效果,相當有派場,佢其實係拖羅海膽卷,油脂味好香,海膽鮮甜無比,兩者夾埋一齊好完美😍
終於到熟食登場喇😆 Robata Pork Belly係串燒豬腩肉,一碟有兩串,每串有三嚿,每一嚿嘅色澤都燒到好靚😍豬腩肉上仲吱咗蛋黃醬同灑上蔥花,食落好惹味,肉質好淋好嫩,肉汁爆哂出嚟😆 食咗咁多肉我哋仲叫咗個Mizuna salad,沙律份量幾多,有柚子同脆脆做配料,食落都幾fresh☺️Sea Bass Saikyoyaki係燒海爐魚扒,魚皮燒得香脆金黃,肉身邊邊位就燒到小小焦黑,睇到流哂口水🤤食落都幾濃味噌味,熱住食勁好味😋
最後就到甜品喇,就係焦糖燉蛋,不過佢呢個焦糖燉蛋一啲都唔簡單,最頂層係黑芝麻脆脆,中間係花生醬味糕配紅豆蓉,最底層就係主角焦糖燉蛋,全部都好好食,而且呢個配搭好似食緊三款甜品咁,真係好邪惡呀😆
飲品選擇都好多,我哋就簡咗兩杯mocktails,分別係Co-Matchy同Okiru,兩杯嘅賣相都好精緻。Co-Matchy 就好重熱情果味,飲落甜甜哋酸酸哋。Okiru就以荔枝味為主,飲落好清新好涼快😆
张贴
