Flagship🍷今次嚟到灣仔,灣仔最興就酒吧街啦,今次帶🐣去試一間好有特色嘅餐廳🥰Flagship,係一間食Fusion 菜嘅餐廳😎入面大搞新意思😍因為下層坐滿人嘅關係,我地坐咗樓上個層,環境再闊落咗,有格調😏🍷🍷🍷🍷 Clams in Sichuan Style $168佢呢個前菜偏向中式化,咁佢係有麻辣係到,但只有麻麻地嘅味道,但就唔辣,佢個汁好重麻味,個餐會配上兩塊細多士,點埋個汁食,都好夾😎加上佢蜆嘅份量好多,仲好大隻,完成食得出係新鮮蜆,大大隻,咬落去水份好夠,夠哂鮮甜🤤🍷🍷🍷🍷Hairy Crab Risotto $368用大閘蟹整嘅Risotto,佢仲要係用成隻蟹整嘅,入面係勁濃郁嘅蟹膏,啖啖都食到蟹肉同膏🥳🥳鍾意食大閘蟹嘅人不坊可以試埋呢個🥹🥹🍷🍷🍷🍷King Salmon $268佢呢到嘅三文魚扒煎到個皮好脆🥰🥰🥰食落去超好食,脆卜卜,再加上佢地自己整咗個自家醬汁。非常好食。連唔食魚嘅我...我都爭住食😍因為煎三文魚算係我最愛嘅扒類🥳🍷🍷🍷🍷 Churros一見到甜品有Churros....🐣已經表明主菜你食多D,佢要留肚😳Churros..佢係有心思將佢地變成心心

值得一提係個staff好有心機,每枱客都介紹下餐牌,會問下有咩食物敏感,什至每件菜式都會介紹一次,非常好👍🏻
