The restaurant's guide to eating the mazesoba goes:
1. You break the yolk and mix all the ingredients with the noodles and eat it.
2. After savouring one-third of the noodle, you can add black pepper.
3. After eating another one-third, you can add the KOKORO vinegar.
4. After finishing all the noodles, you can get a small portion of rice and mix with the remainder of the sauce.

-位於灣仔的店裝潢簡潔明亮，牆上有日本書道家万美 (Mami) 提的字：「仁、義、禮、智、信」，還有另一幅作品
店員態度友善 ( ^ ^ ) /
-這裡提供多款日式撈麵，還有為香港店獨家設計的口味呢！
這天嚐了兩款撈麵，都很好吃，M size已足夠飽肚
除了主打的撈麵外，還有一款熱湯拉麵，喜歡吃湯拉麵的朋友也有照顧得到🍜

攪啊攪，醬料依附在麵條上，精華全都吸入口中，非常的享受🥰
還可以按個人口味加入黑胡椒和KOKORO秘製香醋
麵條由店子每天新鮮製作，呈粗身，帶麥香，口感煙韌彈牙，而且非常掛汁🍝
把麵條吃光後，還可以點一份米飯，跟剩下的醬汁一起吃😛

配料跟全料撈麵差不多，但加入了明太子還有忌廉汁，加添一份鹹香🥰•
炸雞球 Fried chicken karaage ($33)
小吃有三款：炸雞球、單骨雞翼和餃子
當天的餃子和雞翼已售罄，所以嚐了炸雞球～
味道和口感還好，沒什麼特別，個人覺得不用特地試～
