Went on to Yo Bago for a bagel sandwich today.I commend them for taking care in building the sandwich. Although this caused the line to be long, each sandwich was given the proper attention to ensure it comes out looking great. I had the Great Canadian Breakfast, with Canadian bacon, ham, and fried egg. The egg had been preparede to have a soft runny center without creating much mess, well done! The vegetables were fresh and the meat tasted decent as well. The only grip I would have is its bage

This is not the first time I had a bagel which is too soft. Maybe thats how HK people like it. Its just not really bagel to me. The essence of bagel is a tough crust with dense flesh. The bagel is just too soft.
Other than that, its actually pretty good! I'd come back again.
Maybe if the regular customers don't like the authetic bagel, maybe they can make just a few authetic ones for those who do?
