呀, 佢入面的芝士唔乾睜睜, 好味
不過龍蝦又比其他餐廳比下去了, 但通粉正正經經用最common 的,所以好好味, 夠琳夠芝~

We tried there Lunch Menu during HK Restaurant Week.ServiceGreeted by the receptionist whom took us to our table. Once we sat down, we were presented with the menus, but no introduction nor explanation of the menu was given to us. The only (initial) interaction we had with the servers were them asking whether we wanted still or sparkling water. No recommendation was given to us when we ordered our food. No wine pairing recommendation was offered neither. It felt like we were in a cheap restauran

Service

Greeted by the receptionist whom took us to our table. Once we sat down, we were presented with the menus, but no introduction nor explanation of the menu was given to us. The only (initial) interaction we had with the servers were them asking whether we wanted still or sparkling water. 
No recommendation was given to us when we ordered our food. No wine pairing recommendation was offered neither. It felt like we were in a cheap restaurant. 

During the service, servers put down the food and left the table. There was no interaction. They did not give us an introduction to the food - how it was made, where the ingredients were from, how to best enjoy the dish, etc. None of those existed. Again, it felt like we were at a cheap local restaurant. 

Overall, the service was not good at all - not for a high end restaurant anyways. It is surprising and unbelievable that this restaurant was opened by Wolfgang Zweiner whom claimed himself had been a Head Waiter at a New York restaurant for 40 years.
It was a disappointment.

Decor

The restaurant was very spacious and the decor is what you would expect of of a proper steakhouse. However, as we looked up the ceiling we noticed large mouldy patches coming out from the vents and large  water patches (probably due to leaking) on the ceiling. Definitely deteriorated our appetite.
Just hope they do not put you at a table directly under these patches.

Taste

We ordered the following: Soup of the Day (Wild Mushroom Soup with Truffle Oil. You guessed it. We had to call the server back to ask what he had just served us), Crab Cake, Dry-Aged Beef Sandwich, Grilled Seabass with Tomato Salsa, Dessert of the Day (Creme Brûlée. Again, we weren't told what it was).

Everything tasted bland. We had to add quite a bit of salt to get the taste out of it. 

Mushroom soup -  Strong taste of mushroom, which was great. But it was very bland.
 
Crab Cake - It was average. Nothing extraordinary

Dry-Aged Beef Sandwich - The meat was well cooked for the sandwich. It is probably one of the better dish we had. I am not surprised as we are in a steakhouse, beef should be their forte. But were we wowed by it? Definitely not!

Seabass - The fish was dry and bland. The salsa didn't taste like salsa. 

Creme Brûlée - The top layer of caramelised sugar was very hard to break. The custard itself was too thick a hard to our liking


Overall

Our experience was mediocre at best. We did not feel like we went to a high end restaurant. Service we received was more like local mid-tier type of restaurant at best. The look and feel of the restaurant was what you'd expect from a proper steakhouse. Just do not look at the ceiling then you will be fine. The food was not great for our visit to the restaurant. Perhaps that is because we did not have any steak. Hopefully the steak would be able to keep their customers happy. 

Unfortunately, we would not recommend this place to any of our friends. You are better off spending that money elsewhere where you will get proper service and food.

We went to Wolfgang’s Steakhouse for New Year Eve dinner with a high expectation of quality food and experience. We ordered the salad, crab cake, and the porterhouse in medium-rare. The porterhouse was overpriced and overdone. We also found pieces of crab shell in the crab cake which was definitely unacceptable. After expressing the issue to the staff, they told us that it was “cartilage” and rejected to admit their fault. With the poor quality of food and service, I would not return to this res

朋友聚餐好介紹8個人食,可以咩都試下3款扒叫哂,全部叫 medium rareporterhouse for 4:分量超夠,厚切大大件,牛味十足肉眼:有獨門香料醃過,肉質夠淋身西冷:我最中意西冷,有牛味,有咬口🤓記得一定要試芝士蛋糕,相當出色

雖然價錢令人有啲卻步 但一場黎到 當然要點最出名嘅Porterhouse (medium rare)
食左一啖就知點解佢係紐約超人氣嘅steakhouse😋 因為真係一試難忘!
肉質勁嫩滑 你睇下佢真係粉紅色的!😻
最驚喜嘅位係佢用熟油煎到外脆內軟
食落完全無根 係入口即溶 連埋扒面嘅焦香 真係OMG
個人覺得呢個份量可以for three 兩個人真係食到好飽😂
如果要挑剔嘅話就係牛味可以再濃郁啲
但整體黎講真係好正 好impressive🤩

大概八点(星期六)左右到達餐廳都有八、九枱客,係疫情下仍然有呢個境況算唔錯,正好反映呢間餐廳平時應該做得好。佢哋最出名就係牛扒,所以order咗Porterhouse for two, 一邊係Sirloin,一邊係Rib Eys。第一眼見到就係份量十足,兩邊都整得剛好,肉質好嫩滑,外面有少少焦香,特別係有少少燶啲位香脆加嫩滑好唔錯。我個人就比較喜歡sirloin,因為味比較濃郁。由於今日得兩個人,食完個份量十足嘅牛扒已經有八九成飽,所以我哋order咗個小食-新鮮炸薯片用嚟送酒,薯片炸得剛好不油不膩,香脆可口,就噤食最好,唔使加其他嘢。除咗食物好之外,佢哋嘅服務都好唔錯,特別係個Assistant Manager介紹食物好詳細,提議我哋用醋去食個steak,果然成個感覺唔同曬,好正。今次得兩個人叫嘢唔多,下次一定會再試多啲,對佢哋好有期望。整體食物會比85分,服務會有90分。

今次得兩個人叫嘢唔多,下次一定會再試多啲,對佢哋好有期望。

整體食物會比85分,服務會有90分。

為左幫朋友慶祝生日 所以今次黎左中環一間扒房試試 踩踩點 估唔到都幾有驚喜我地兩個人食 叫左個Wolfgang’s salad(招牌沙津) 同 T骨牛扒 另外再叫左一個cheese cake3樣野嘅分量都不大不小 兩個人食都差唔多 個salad除左賣相整齊好睇 估唔到裡面嘅食材都幾新鮮 而且仲有煙肉 令salad嘅味道更加濃烈 值得一試 而主菜T骨牛扒雖然價錢較昂貴 但佢質素一d都唔差 除左肉汁豐富之外 牛味亦都好重 第一次黎食真係會令你留下深刻印象 不過甜品方面就冇乜特別 同市面上嘅cheese cake質素差唔多 不過都係好食嘅 總體來看大家可以黎試試呢間扒房👍

呢間餐廳真係十分推薦大家去 首先講下餐廳嘅服務質素 佢係迎合番外國嘅主題 基本上所有嘅service都係外國人 比番一個置身係外國餐廳嘅享受 而且佢地笑容滿面 會好有禮貌咁款待每一位客人 值得一贊!另外我想講嘅係呢度d沙津 不單止分量十足 味道一流 而且每款沙津望落去都比人有一種新鮮 好乾淨嘅感覺 真係好欣賞呢度d廚師可以處理得咁好👍 大廚即係大廚

So we went to this Wolfgang's Steakhousefor celebration. It was a nice restaurant and the ambiance was decent. We had around 15 people for the big dinner celebration, that explains why we tried many dishes on the long menu. We ordered a huge porterhouse, lobsters, oysters and lots of wines to share. So we went to this Wolfgang's Steakhouse
for celebration. It was a nice restaurant and the ambiance was decent. We had around 15 people for the big dinner celebration, that explains why we tried many dishes on the long menu.


We ordered a huge porterhouse, lobsters, oysters and lots of wines to share. The quality of the food was above average and I can’t say enough they came in really generous portion. So make sure you save an empty stomach before going.

of selection. They’re all good and we had lots of wines for the evening. Interactions between restaurant staff and us were great, they were easy-going and humorous. We even watched sports together as it happened to have a football game on live that night.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone
who wishes to have a lovely evening to spend on with your friends, family or colleagues. One thing to improve is that it would be great to have private
rooms to groups for better privacy.

We went to Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Hong Kong to dine in with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday . We had Wolfgang’s salad and crab cake for our starter and Poterhouse for 2 ( mr) , sautéd mushroom and creamed spinach for our main with some glasses of house red wine . The portion of the food was HUGE 😋 !!Finally we celebrated my boyfriends birthday with a cheese cake . What a night to remember.

首先叫左個湯,一個龍蝦湯百幾蚊兩個人其實剛剛好。不過都係有蟹殼味冇龍蝦肉。然後叫左個頭盤。蟹tata(價錢好似200蚊) 但份量細到呢...比較乾身所以要點醬先好食。叫左杯紅酒但份量少應該不足100。叫左個1600蚊既steak, 份量十分足夠,但味道很一般。可以入口但完全不值這個價錢。牛味一般,叫左3成熟。但好難咬。同埋個mushroom side dishes真係十分不值100蚊。味道淡而無味要加鹽。最後個tiramisu不錯。服務方便,生日餐廳會免費幫你影相同送張相俾你。環境都比較優雅,可能因為少人。整體服務壞境可以,食物份量都比較合理, 但味道完全不值這個價錢。
