TMK Rap & Rolls is a Hip-Hop style Japanese sake bar. It is not that big with a limited number of seats but giving you a non-traditional experience. Their dishes were so unique even with the good presentation. I personally love their Tataki dishes, such as Wagyu Tataki (HKD118), Salmon Tataki (HKD88), and Rap & Roll Hamachi (HKD98). 🇭🇰TMK Rap & Rolls·呢間我地上次經過見到佢裝修幾rock & roll 所以一路想試下 不過佢walk in要等比較耐 所以大家記住要book檯先阿😈😈·2-course lunch $148 l three-course lunch $168·Katsu-san l To Tuna (+$10)前面個個係一個吉列豬扒丼黎既 佢個吉列豬扒真係即炸 個皮好薄 唔錯 不過佢呢個無跟醬我自己覺得乾左少少 我地一路食一路勁想要個日式豬扒醬🤣🤣之後佢下面個base係一半飯一半椰菜絲 口感好好 而且我好中意佢撈左魚露既壽司飯 味道超清爽😎之後佢吞拿魚個個我就無咁中意 佢個吞拿魚係燒到全熟咁 我自己麻麻地個口感 之後呢個全個都係沙律底黎既 幾健康 不過食到最後會有D牙骹軟😂😂 ·rap & rolls hamachi (+$28) l poppin' ice cream佢個刺身個魚都新鮮既 而且佢配埋D炸左既quinoa 口感唔錯 不過我自己覺得佢片得有D太薄 如果厚翻少少就好keke😙之後佢個poppin' ice cream好似一座雪山仔 咁好可愛 而且味道都好特別 我地好中意🗻

隸屬于Pirata Group的餐廳，最近開了非常多家，特別是在新街附近，有TMK和Pizza Project。1.很特別的用餐環境，因為之前的酒吧是有屋外餐廳的，這家新開還沒有拿到戶外拍照，但是他們很擅用室內空間，窗台變成餐台反而很適合拍照，因為採集戶外光線。2.做工很精細，不簡簡單單是sushi，味道多元多層次3.店員很友善健談。門口領班穿著西裝🤵在沒有空調的夏天，我問會不會很熱，他說能到同事挺好的，喜歡這種supportive uplifting的環境

Second time visiting TMK wanchai branch, this time trying their Saturday brunch menu, $248pp only with various kinds of food. 今日忙到甩轆，食飯嘅時候同事掹我出去呢間野都試！裝修非常之relax，啲侍應個個都好西化及有善，招呼我哋坐低之後就簡單介紹個Menu，set lunch 有三道菜，唔算太貴，佢係日本同西餐fusion。 不過間餐廳好細，大部份位置都係高櫈高枱，所以坐得唔係好舒服，只有少量位置係正常高度，所以如果要試就要早啲去攞位。

一直對上環TMK印象麻麻，環境太暗太焗宿。灣仔新開嘅呢間，環境光猛好多，亦多咗TMK Bowls碗飯選擇。Rap & Rolls Hamachi 油甘魚新鮮，加入墨西哥辣椒，清新開胃。Seared Scallop手卷，帶子用牛油煎香，食落無負擔。甜品Poppin’ Ice Cream 喺雲呢拿雪糕上面加上爆谷、紫菜、橄欖油，估唔到又好夾，唔錯！⁣Hasn't been a big fan of the TMK in Sheung Wan due to the dark atmosphere and so-so food. Gave their new one in Wan Chai a shot. The environment was so much better - open space with more light. Besides the rolls, they also served TMK rice bowls. The Rap & Rolls Hamachi and Seared Scallop Roll were both refreshing and light.

朋友在星街附近返工所以約咗呢度食lunch , 初時以為係一間一般嘅日本菜, 嚟到門口仲以為自己去錯地方。佢冇著和服嘅侍應去招呼你, 個感覺好似係去咗食西餐咁。嚟得呢啲地方食lunch都唔會平得去邊, 最緊要食物嘅質素, 睇落其實都幾健康starter我叫做咗炸雞, 朋友就叫咗三文魚, 如果starter嚟講炸雞嘅份量對我來說係比較多同埋辣辣地幾好味, 外表似炸得好似燶咗啲, 但係雞肉好 tender, 有肉汁。 朋友嘅三文魚都好滑,但係我見得幾塊, 唔好意思食咁多主菜我點了west coast, 侍應姐姐recommended , 基本上係有好多好多配菜有炸豆腐, 三文魚粒, 七彩繽紛好吸引, 但係坦白說就聯想唔到日本菜, 不過感覺好健康有肉有菜仲要蔬菜嘅份量多過肉類, 唔錯唔錯朋友點了tuna salad, 呢個只係純沙律冇飯。如果你想要飯可以加多十蚊, 我沒有試呢個, 因為我嘅都已經好足夠, 但係見佢食唔停就知道味道應該唔錯。呢一個午餐食得好愉快, 對我嚟講好新鮮, 只不過餐廳比較細, 座位安排比較窄。朋友係大碼size, 所以佢就坐得有啲唔自然。

等位等左20分鐘左右，滿懷期待，見到啲人食得好開心咁😂。我地每人嗌左個2 course $148，下圖係兩個前菜一個主菜。環境靚，打卡靚😆。Starters - Karaage超級好食，一份應該有4-5舊，份量多🥰。似係新鮮炸，裡面啲肉汁流晒出黎，重點：係肉汁唔係油！個醬都好正，一來可以解到個熱氣，二來辣辣地好味💗。Starters - Salmon tataki份量足，有成五片。味道唔錯，幾鍾意個汁，好開胃，酸酸地應該係醋👍🏻。不過加埋啲黑芝麻有少少奇怪🤨。Main course - West Coast唔岩食，可能係我唔岩食fusion菜啦。成個飯都好奇怪，熱熱地又凍凍地，到底熱食定凍食😣？特別係三文魚粒上面個啲醬，鹽鹽地又酸酸地咁。到左一個地步我已經形容唔到，食左一半食唔到落去😧。Errrrrr坦白講唔好食，可能係我地唔岩食Fusion菜！一行三人都覺得無下次，唔知係唔係我地口味有問題。如果炸雞賣$60我會買，如果個飯賣$40我都唔會買😂。埋單 $444（無加一）

第一次食西式日本菜研究個餐牌都用左好多時間前菜叫左唐揚炸雞炸得好靚好脆，有少少辣味，襯埋個汁都好好食主菜叫左soba不過不失甜品好特別，個雪糕好滑好香有驚喜值得一讚係d侍應好nice好有耐心解釋餐牌同菜式食法可能間野外國人開D侍應同客人會有多d交流Very nice service!
