After years of trying out different so-called specialty burger joints in HK, I was sick of eating burgers that look good but are otherwise a piece of overcooked tasteless meat between a bun. 以前住過上面條街，地鐵通車後再回來，見到越來越多特色餐廳。呢間餐廳其實位置不太起眼。但門口既100% Canadian Beef 吸引左我~小弟都曾經係加拿大生活十年了，對於北美既burger同poutine 可謂變左一種好似粥粉面飯既comfort food了。見到門口貼住Queen's University 既sticker, 店主都係外國回流人士喎~ 店入面有好多加拿大既擺設，車牌，cushion 都係有加拿大既野係度架!雖然我黎既時候係星期日下午，但見到呢支酒好想買黎飲。好Ice Tea 啊～我覺得好好飲，驚喜係佢地比杯冰我，十足十飲Ice Tea多過啤酒。讚!Omgomg! 番左香港後我發現好難食到poutine. 連之前差不多唯一食到既New Yxxk Fries都執哂了。好驚喜係香港可以再食到poutine啊！友人同我都食到津津有味，因為真係poutine既味道! 芝士要溶入d fries度 , 再加gravy, 咸味係精髓，正正正! 來一個Buffalo Chicken Wings, 呢個都不用多介紹了。common 得黎真係好食。可惜Celery 太少，dippin

西環多隱世小店就聽得多去食就真係第一次 多得有西環友帶路個門口位都整得幾靚㗎 好有歐陸風情入到去有高枱比大家摸下酒杯底添㗎小食黎講 我哋叫左蜜糖蒜蓉薯條無想像咁好食 因為啲醬淋咗上去令薯條淋哂熱狗雖然賣相唔太吸引 但其實勁多芝士 食咗一半已經好飽All day breakfast都係另一個唔錯嘅選擇特別係個炒蛋好滑 又大大份

This is one of my favourite places in Hk. All the food is great and they have good drinks too! Prices are very reasonable and the staff are fantastic. Burgers, ribs, poutine, chicken and Caesar salad are amazing! Good place to spend a lazy afternoon or evening. They even have a selection of books and magazines you can read!

這間餐廳一句講曬 ～ “超級好吃”在西環加倫臺住了很久，這間餐廳所屬的舖位已經轉過很多次， 上手是 pizza店， 客人很少， 現在換了這間西餐廳，有酒飲。target客戶是這一區高質素的住客， 回家每次都經過這間餐廳，放工時間會三五成群朋友一起飲酒談天， 今天和老公 一起 在這裏 吃晚餐， 食物質素拍得住我和老公在奧地利度蜜月時食的餐廳的水準兩款雞翼都非常有水準， 叫了中辣的 buffalo wings 同 honey garlic wings～ honey garlic wings很新鮮香脆 豬肋骨配薯條套餐，還送了西班牙紅酒sangria， 非常大瓶這餐一共用了$382， 都算抵食！

The Big Bite 自從喺北角食完之後一直念念不忘，知道係西環開咗分店作為 Burger 愛好者就一定要過嚟試下！嗰日去到先知餐廳有包場活動.... 諗住走嘅時候店員就岀黎話有一啲枱都可以做街客生意～如果唔介意可以入去食好彩無摸到門釘！呢度除咗漢堡包出名之外小食一樣非常好食，所以就嗌左幾款試吓 呢個係 buffalo wings，夠正宗辣得過癮另外必點嘅有呢個芝士蘑菇薯條 新鮮熱辣辣出爐啲芝士仲係半溶嘅狀態架。主角到左！點了一個牛同埋一個雞嘅漢堡～美中不足是雞肉就有少少鞋，但係整體一樣都係咁好食呢！呢到係城中少有有heart 的漢堡店，絕對會再幫襯😋

Excellent food, great quality (had the burger and the poutine) and a broad selection of imported beer (not the usual stuff).The burger was nicely made, really juicy and felt homemade and fresh. 朋友一直介紹我去食北角嘅「The Bite」，話個度嘅雞翼同Burger都幾有水準，可惜一直未有機會去品嚐一番。最近，知道The Bite係西環開左分店，既然你都主動走左入去我嘅地盤，我當然唔可以係Happy Friday放你一馬啦！The Bite FLame係香港大學站B2出口行一條短短的斜路就到。沿途其實都開左唔少新食肆，有機會嘅我要黎逐一挑戰一番！門面簡單，半開放式的設計，適合近日開始翻風的日子，唔需要開大冷氣。主要都係偏向美國同墨西哥風格的設計。Burger款式唔算太多，可見餐廳主打味道紮實的Burger為主，唔會好似坊間某些大品牌的Burger店有成幾十款唔同的Burger做到濫哂。貴精不貴多！由於朋友未到齊，所以叫住個厚切薯條食住先。薯條夠粗夠薯味，配上酸忌廉都已經係一般Burger店的做法了。呢度的酸忌廉再加上少許黑松露油，令味道豐富起來。食完個薯條後朋友都到齊，可以開始Burger派對了！講到Burger，我覺得最Classic的配合就係「漢堡扒丶芝士丶煙肉」三重奏，所以我就點左個Crispy Bacon Cheese Burger。當時我的想法係...「快D影完呢張

This new place is a sister of a place in North Point. Canadian themes abound. The menu is very varied. We have had the chicken wings, bacon cheeseburger, pork ribs and mmmmm poutine. 今日有青春姪女陪我呢個老嘢食tea，仲要請我食添！果真係懂得敬老嘅好青年！！先來個caesar salad ($65) － 沙律菜新鮮爽甜，不過醬汁就略為多咗D。Crispy bacon cheese burger ($75) － 漢堡包面微微燒過，麵包內軟外脆，漢堡排煎得剛好5成熟左右，牛肉味濃，肉質鬆軟多汁，配搭香脆煙肉同軟滑芝士非常惹味，中間夾有酸瓜，生菜同蕃茄，仲有微青辣椒更加開胃！Cihk Poutine ($48) － 熱辣辣嘅煙肉芝士烤汁薯條，上面仲要加隻太陽蛋，見到已經開心晒！粗大嘅薯條沾滿芝士同牛肉汁，味道濃郁，滋味無窮！Peppermint tea ($36) － 用twining茶包，不過不失。Oreo milkshake (＄60) － 極邪惡之奶昔，朱古力味道不太濃，奶昔亦算幼滑，如果能夠造得濃稠一D會更加好。呢度不設加一服務費，可能位置比較隱蔽嘅關係，所以人流仍唔算好多，店員友善，的確係一個假日休憩嘅好地方！
