我覺得哩間餐廳噶漢堡真系好好味，強烈推介距地滴漢堡！麵包夾住的那塊肉好大塊啊，份量超足，肉質很厚實，很鮮嫩，好入味，咬落去仲有好多汁汁添，外面個層好香脆，口感超級好，麵包軟身，食落去都好好味，而同埋舊肉搭配噶蔬菜都好fresh，超級好味！

呢間位於石塘咀街市後面嘅餐廳其實真係隱世小店嚟，自問係半個街坊都未行過呢個位🧐，雖然已經附近都開咗好多新式小店，但點解我會發現？係因為喺一個訂台app發現的，指定時間(6點)最高享有半價折扣😍。餐廳唔多人，可能時間尚早啦，後尾發現好似有個staff爬咗喺枱訓覺😅。我哋安排咗坐角落位都舒服，餐廳靜靜哋，裝修偏黑靠燈光牌🎇點綴幾有氣氛。BBQ Ribs and Fries(slow roasted, white slaw)($188)，份Ribs用個木盤上，Ribs中等size，有好多嚿但唔算好闊身大大排嗰隻，並鋪上滿滿嘅燒烤汁😋，肉質好淋唔乾身，離骨🦴所以唔難切，而我覺得食ribs幾時都係用手食最正🤪。另外用筒裝嘅薯條🍟都好好食，好粗好大條，好脆得嚟中間又好多薯仔👍🏻。同時亦有啲沙律🥗菜，但食到有啲菜好苦就無食了。Grilled Salmon(basil cream)($178)，見到條三文魚一開始心諗煎到咁燶嘅，同埋佢個樣好似喺屋企🏠上菜咁，有啲心思好整齊，但唔似餐廳一般會懶哂靚咁。但食落又唔錯啵，魚肉幾嫩口，唔腥，個醬就唔係好記得乜味🙈。另外最鍾意佢配埋啲豆角條蘿蔔條，可以清新一吓👍

Was searching for authentic Canadian poutine in Hong Kong and came across this little restaurant on Clarence Terrace. It’s in a quiet area and one can usually find a table at nigh (maybe because the restaurant hasn’t been discovered by others yet). The poutine is very authentic. 無私推介漢堡小店大伙兒每晚做運動後，都會在附近覓食。已經重複又重複光顧過 “Big Bite” 無數次友人當中有香港人的我們，亦有三位來自美國和澳洲的。大家都認為這是在香港數一數二’好好食’的漢堡餐廳我們認真評論過，Shakeshacks, FiveGuys 都被比下去😅醬汁，沒有誇大。很impressive。 汁量足夠，吃得出口味是特別調製的。另一大讚的是，肉質很鮮嫩，literally juicy on the inside。個人認為，你要親身食過一次，就知道我講咩😂😅。我本身不是漢堡，西餐fans，但呢間..另大推口感新鮮太陽蛋肉醬薯條，和藍芝士配水牛雞翼。不過薯條醬汁有點偏咸，希望可以改善一點點。

The restaurant atmosphere is very nice but the food could be improved. The buffalo wings did not look apetizing, the sauce was too sour and there was very little meat.The burger was also not as appealing to look at but most importantly, the patty was overdone, too crumbly and the surface was too burnt. 今日帶左狗狗過海玩。搵野食時要特登搵1d可以比狗入/坐既餐廳。見到訂座app有優惠，加上app話有户外座位，所以就book左。book完即刻打去問店員，佢話原來係冇outdoor seat，但可以帶狗入，medium size都得，都唔錯啊。餐廳坐得幾舒服。見到之後入黎既食客都係用app優惠。我地叫左個all day breakfest同cheese burger。burger都幾冇誠意，唔跟薯條。之前即使去其他有同樣推廣，價錢更便宜的餐廳，都會有跟薯條。All day breakfast 最過分，又係誠意欠缺，最重要係比漏煙肉，好在比錢時有望望人地食乜，然後叫佢補翻比我。不過價錢真心唔合理，絕對冇下次！

Come and lunch with my wife.Maybe we come around 2pm, so just only 2 table in serving.Service not good enough, can do much bette.Fries hot and fresh, delicious..! The Big Bite signature burger, really nice and juicy, better then SS. It’s no special, and below average.The rib is very tasty, but the size was a little bit small.

今日喺屋企附近搵野食，朋友揀左呢間細細地又係屋企附近既舖頭。有d隱世feel 有驚喜呀，價錢唔貴，用左一個app有折，不過無得叫套餐。點左個最簡單既牛肉漢堡，牛肉超juicy，有蕃茄, 酸青瓜,生菜同洋蔥，連埋d醬（好似有少少辣味？）食埋好好味。薯條即炸點左連松露cream sauce既，點茄汁同埋個sauce都好食, 任君選擇。朋友另外點左個意粉，我就覺得普通左d, 所以第一次去食都係食漢堡啦，無得輸。見到隔離有點set lunch，好似都唔錯，set係有野飲。見到有下午茶，下次 返去試下。

友人介紹，哩間食牛好正juicy得黎又有牛味，講到咁正更係要試下啦！晚上7點到入座，店內人客唔多，我地揀左個梳化位坐。朋友開板，叫左一客Poutine、一客Ribeye 12oz同Mushroom Burger。雖然但人不多，但都等左大概20分鐘，Poutine終於到啦！用料果然好多，但可惜正正因為太多汁，啲薯條淋曬，而且唔係熱騰騰咁上菜，所以面上啲芝士硬左。而啲汁真心好似kfc既蘑菇汁，亦都偏咸，只可以講唔係我既口味。Mushroom Burger好吸睛，好多蘑菇，可見用料足👍🏿👍🏿但個包完全唔軟熟，亦唔係黏韌感，感覺唔match。最不能接受接受既係塊牛好明顯係煎燶左，食落有焦燶味😫最後既係Ribeye，亦係最令人失望。叫左5成熟，黎到好明顯已經變左7/8成熟，完全無曬血水，韌到不行，有部分更明顯食到係煎燶左。其實塊牛係好靚亦有牛味，但烹調技巧不足，所以係真心失望既。值得一讚既係環境有情調同services唔錯，問要水都較高啲冷氣都無問題👍🏿👍🏿 可惜食物質素同價錢不成正比，確實失望。

是日又係期待已久的happy Friday，過左黎港島接男朋友收工一齊去嘆個chill-out晚餐，男朋友聽同事介紹呢間餐廳嘅burger唔錯，而且氣氛輕鬆，所以我地決定黎一試。踏入店內映入眼簾嘅係美式裝潢佈置，四處充斥著霓虹燈光，標置住唔同嘅地方名，座位亦非常闊落，而且大多數係梳化，可見用心嘅設計務求食客可以盡情地享用食物。我叫左個磨菇牛肉burger，burger賣相務實唔做作，一眼望去都係juicy嘅牛肉伴隨著粒粒分明嘅磨菇，咬落去淡淡嘅包非常軟熟，配襯起濃濃嘅牛肉好夾，令人一試難忘。

到了快樂星期五，獎勵自己一星期辛苦工作就食餐好吧！午餐選擇了一間裝修不錯的西餐廳。餐廳以歐陸主題佈置，感覺和諧舒服，入到去有外國女侍應來招呼我地。午餐主要有4個主菜選擇，有前菜和餐飲。我選漢堡包，朋友選牛扒。前菜-洋蔥湯外觀非常吸引，湯面是燒焦芝士和多士，多士脆卜卜吸收湯後，香脆的多士浸滿洋蔥香。湯內有許多洋溢絲，入口香濃而且甜甜帶一點紅酒香，美味漢堡包拼磨菇芝士薯條巨型漢堡，啖啖肉，入面有很多材料。一啖也不能吃得全部餸，肉扒鬆軟多，汁表面煎得焦脆內裏保留肉汁，非常香肉味。而芝士完全溶化在肉面，肉和芝士結合在味蕾爆發。生菜做到清新的作用，底下的墨西哥辣椒更是一大精萃，辣味加強了整個包的層次，令味道更豐富。不過都很辣，不能食辣記得走辣椒。芝士磨菇薯條 (+$10升級)薯條熱辣辣炸起，加上咸香拉絲芝士和肉感磨菇。非常值得升級。牛扒拼薯條牛扒非常大塊，有格紋明顯是燒出來的，肉質鬆軟，有濃牛味，配有紅酒汁和香草汁，兩種醬汁帶出不同效果; 紅酒汁帶微酸可解饞，香草汁清而不濃，有淡淡的羅勒味。薯條一樣地香脆新鮮。總括來說，這間餐廳食物、服務、氣氛屬高質素。大大份的食物明乎其實是big bite！不

I'm back for the burger after my last visit (2 months ago). Not very hungry today so ordered 1 BBQ chicken burger. Was looking forward to try the burger but what a disappointment. The chicken was over cooked....the meat so dry and hard to chew on. Vegetable includes lettuces and onions, taste fresh. BBQ sauce is nice but with over cooked chicken, the burger is nothing.

The other day I had a craving for fries and can only think of Big Bite in this neighborhood. Not too hungry today so I ordered the Sausage & Eggs w/ Fries.3 lincoinshire, 2 sunny-side eggs and fries. Lincoinshire was juicy and eggs was just right. The fries was crispy on the outside and hot mashed potatoes on the inside. Will come back to try the burgers!
