講真,中國人食咖哩,點分啲咖哩,真係有啲唔知點算咁話.呢樣真係幾個人架.因為我地本無咖哩文化.咖哩真係好變幻莫測,多辣少辣,多香料少香料,有椰漿無椰漿,其他用料...幾十, 甚至幾百條公式呀!我雖然鍾意食咖哩,但係都覺得好難去表達想要幾辣,又要偏向那一種口味...所以如果唔係食開某個店已知要甚麼,還是選吃自助的好.不會浪費,一定有喏食嘅野,唔駛擔心落錯單點算!!!呢次團購超平 ($48 一個人),老實說,我有啲擔心架,不過之前買過其他印度菜團購,覺得印度菜嘅水準都不會有大落差,所以一口氣給自己和家人買了六個單,支持一下咖哩文化.每一款的咖哩都有自己的個性,吃後真的叫人愉快.團餐還包了每人一個飲品,朋友要了檸檬水,天,不是我們平常那種呢,這個帶香茅.很清新囉.我要的的印度茶,好像叫 Lasala tea 的.唉...這個不像樣...-----> 因為之前一晚我正巧在另一個印度餐廳吃晚飯,當然是極美好的一餐囉,因為有太多人寫評,我也不想重覆了,之前一晚的那個茶讓我放不下囉,因為實在是太太太好喝了...有香料啦, 薑啦, 好像是茴香啦, 玉桂, 香茅???當然有少許練奶啦用來提升整

論香港美食的蒼海遺珠算是印度菜了。 由於比較”重口味”，本地人未必受得了，加上鄉里的消費力有限，難叫得起價。 團購網只要找到門路，不難找到又平又抵的筍店，有時團購只比walk in 省了加一，但這想來亦合理，沒有團購，買賣雙方又怎能踫頭交易呢!今次這一間印度餐廳的食物更迎合香港人口味，不太辣也不太鹹。 我最喜歡的食物竟然是粗粉布丁，雖然油份較多，但口感卻很特別，味道有點像南瓜茸，難得一試當然會吃多一點。 而最難吃的是咖喱魚，很腥！ 食物、環境不比其他團購印度午餐遜色，價錢卻只需$48(免加一)，實在物超所值，值得一試！

Bombay Dreams in TST, now called Tandoori Nights, has become my favorite place for Indian lunch buffet. I have been here more than 10 times and have never had a bad experience. The setting is very comfortable and nicely decorated, the food is very good, and the service is always friendly. 一向對印度菜情有獨鍾的我，這天趁拿了大假休息，出去品嚐一道印式自助午餐。這間餐廳已去過不止一次，吸引我繼續來的原因，乃是因為這處自助午餐，又好味又抵食，平日每位只收$88（送一杯飲品，可選印式傳統飲品Lassi），當日照例點了一杯Mango Lassi開始午餐。前菜有兩款小食選擇，另外每位並送上一件很大的Papa Dosai（跟兩種醬料），這道小食在香港的印度餐廳很少食到，都是自從我在新加坡食過這道小食後，便一直懷念它了，因此這道小食足以吸引我繼續去這處光顧！更令我驚喜的是食到一款應該是未食過的料理，係以咖喱香炒西蘭花／椰菜花，用印式的製法，香口又爽口！馳名的Tandoori Chicken及Seekh Kebab當然是必試，我也食了不只一次！主菜方面，今次有雞和魚及三道素食選擇，素食中一道炒菜絲最好吃，喜愛素食的朋友，不知下次有沒有機會品嚐到呢？最後以水果和一道印式甜品（名字忘記了，但很香口），為這道午餐劃上完美的句號。還有在結帳後，切記按印度傳統，在門口拿些糖粒和香料混合放入口中，據說是可以幫助消化，這就信不信由你了！

星期一至六自助午餐 88 元，星期日自助午餐 118 元包無限飲品，加一。食物包括有餐前脆餅，幾款炸的小吃如 samosa，兩至三種肉類或咖哩，約三至四種素食咖哩，正宗的 basmati rice，即做的 dosa，及各種隨點即做的烤餅。相對價格及食物質素及種類，算是十分抵食，值得推薦。

After enjoying a delicious meal here, I'm a bit surprised that this restaurant is so lightly reviewed on OpenRice. To celebrate a friend's B day, we have chosen this Indian restaurant as it was recommended by an Indian friend. Service was very good. Waiters are polite, enthusiastic and attentive to the needs of customers. I went there tonight for a nice dinner, which turned out to be an unpleasant experience. I got a "buy one main course, get second one free" Monday coupon from http://www.asiaxpat.com.hk. 週六晚等埋在尖沙咀shopping的太座一起食晚飯，原本係去草宛食韓國菜，但鑑於最近吃了不少，而明晚又與食友去新羅寶，所以是晚還是吃其他東西好了，結果二人就來了草宛樓上的這裡。呢度幾靚，比起一眾重慶大廈的印度菜館企理。裝修雅緻，好有氣氛。有U型的疏化椅位，如果有番四、五個人，會坐得幾舒服。呢度有個酒吧，似乎唔食野來happy hour都可以。太座交帶，今晚唔食辣又唔食羊，所以就要避開呢兩樣來叫。要唔辣，就叫了烤奶油雞肉、瑪沙拉雞、燴黑偏豆、印度黃飯及蒜蓉naan。小吃的胡椒papadum凍凍的，不過都脆同幾好味。伴醬只得青薄荷汁及achar，常見的甜醬就沒有；烤奶油雞肉﹝Malai Murg Tikka﹞用鐵板上，雞肉用忌廉及乳酪醃得鬆軟嫩滑又入味，幾好味道，一人兩件，剛剛好；瑪沙拉雞肉﹝Murg Masla﹞看似辣其實不辣，香草味都好濃郁，但可惜雞肉煮得不太入味，是敗筆，此一味就以Delhi Club的出色多了；燴黑偏豆﹝Daal Makhani﹞是用了蕃茄、少許咖哩、牛油、忌廉、香料及一種叫Rajma、似紅豆的黑豆煮成，汁濃郁，用來點naan好適合，又係完全唔辣，符合太座的要求；黃
