2. 海鮮波菜湯-好滑, 海鮮就普通, 用壺仔serve幾特別
3. 羊架-普通, 肉質嫩滑, 不過冇乜羊味. 不過一向法國菜的主菜都係麻麻地, 所以我都不會有厚望.
呢個menu還有其他食物, 例如前菜甜品等等,由於都係個幾月前既事, 所以d食物名都唔係好記得.
另外叫左個taster's menu
1. 三款湯- 用Test tub上, 蕃茄凍湯好好飲, 南瓜湯就好濃, 牛肉湯就冇飲, 因為唔食牛肉.
2. 蒸蛋- 呢個冇黑松露, 當然有比較下就失色好多
3. 龍蝦沙律- 龍蝦肉好彈牙, 不過都係用一般西餐既白灼煮法.
4. Paste-普通

總括來講雖然價錢好貴, 不過都值得再試. 另有三小時免費泊車.

I came with my husband for his birthday. Foods are good and services are professional with no doubt. Menu: Very exciting. Modern French food menu. Many different combinations for selection. You can choose the cooking way and sauces and whatever. Good fun. Of you can just try the recommended combinations shown on the menu.Environment: Nice environment. Good Victoria Harbour View. Environment is quiet and cozy. Non-smoking area is better than smoking area. Staff: All of them are nice.

Appetizer: We ordered the Chef's Surprise. It is combined with Asian snacks and seafood. Very nice and tasty. Portion is not big but reasonable. Size is expected actually.

Main Course: I ordered the grilled red tuna. It served with veg. Very tasty and make you feel that you want to order one more when you have it finished. I love the sauce very much. It is strong. Very outstanding.

My husband ordered the Japenses beef 'wagyu和牛'. Very juicy and tasty. Much better than many Japanese restaurant. Must try. It is ar $450/pc.

Dessert: The desserts are unforgettable. I ordered a birthday cake for my husband while placing the booking of table; However, Spoon forgot to make arrangement for me. A Manager came to me for thousands of apologies and offered me all the desserts shown on the menu for free and took pictures for us too. Of course we failed to finish all of them. Yummy dessert but the most important thing is i feel that Spoon care its customers very much, no matter it is the first time you visit the restaurant or not. Services are unforettable. After paying the bills they even gave me a bag of cookies as take-away birthday present! Lovely.

(29/12/05)因為搵人合併張相,而家先補寫番,點知openrice只支援GIF或JPG檔案類別...攪左咁耐都唔可以同大家分享,呢餐咁大個女,都未食過咁高昂的一餐。老闆請,total6人。menu實在太複雜,又話呢個加o個個, o個個又可配呢個汁。sun set menu就唔洗煩,分別有6course$750,8course$950。飲o野每人都叫左杯$150既drinks。餐前小吃,是一小杯海膽慕思,暖暖o地,非常有海膽味。侍應話portion唔大,加上同事悚擁,我要8course(多一個main course & 一個甜品)。menu開始,,黑松露"燉蛋"(唔知係咪燉蛋),好滑,有種好特別,唔識形容o既味道,面頭一片芝士脆都零舍唔同。鵝肝伴薯仔湯,鵝肝無入口即溶,Cova的好味D,薯仔湯無乜特別,只知道好飽咯。大粒帶子下面墊住琥珀菜,帶子又厚又鮮甜,上面仲有魚籽添!至於琥珀菜,脆脆的,無乜味,怪怪。main course 煎鱸魚,當然熟度o岩o岩好,好滑,好似o係Riva食到的咁,伴碟兩片薯片夾住薯仔沙律,都正。牛排,唔..好普通,無乜味,鞋鞋o地。甜品,朱古力bownie上

補記2005年o既生日飯。一直想試下呢間以米奇蓮三粒星為號召o既法國餐廳,終於o係去年年尾o既生日一償所願,同三位舊同事黎試佢o既sunset menu。星期五晚上六點半左右黎到,正值黃昏將盡,坐o係靠住落地長窗o既位置,一邊飲香檳,一邊欣賞星光大道、維港以及港島入夜o既美麗景色,再加上燈光SHOW,感覺真係好。同事話訂檯時,餐廳方面表示8:30左右要交檯,所以計劃食完晚餐再轉場飲野。不過結果我地食到九點半都冇人催我地交檯四個人各自叫左自己想食o既野,我就要左鵝肝燉蛋、海鮮沙律、蘑菇湯同埋嫩烤羊鞍配中東飯。個鵝肝燉蛋非常嫩滑,味道濃而不膩,配上香檳o既微酸,係唔錯o既開胃菜色。至於餐前麵包,正如其他食家所評,質素只係普通而已。由於食材新鮮,沙律同湯o既味道都不俗,不過又不至於令人留有太深印象。主菜o既羊鞍非常鮮嫩多汁,沒有太多的調味已令人回味無窮,由呢一度菜可見大廚可以充份發揮食材美味o既功力。伴碟o既係中東長米煮o既香草飯,微帶小茴香o既味道,同羊肉相當合襯。食到呢度,忽然回想起當年在土耳其食過o既羊鞍飯─新鮮烤好o既羊鞍配灑左少少鹽o既白飯,已經非常美味,亦令我回味至今呢!輪到甜品

輪到甜品上場。一向嗜食朱古力o既三位舊同事不約而同地叫左士多啤梨拿破崙,只有我叫左個朱古力mousse cake。正在奇怪之際,侍應生已手持一個點左蠟燭o既朱古力蛋糕走過黎─原來同事們事先訂左呢度o既signature cake﹝唔知叫咩名,係一個有幾層唔同質感o既朱古力蛋糕﹞!個生日蛋糕真係好好味,朱古力味濃厚之餘,個底仲有D脆脆地,好似金莎o既野,相比之下,個餐o既朱古力蛋糕當然係輸晒啦!一啖蛋糕、一啖香濃咖啡,如此良辰美景,真係夫復何求!同好友傾傾講講,不時可見遊維港o既渡輪同大型郵輪駛過,可見呢個港口真係幾繁忙架!每次旅行回港,由機艙遙望香港夜景時,都好慶幸自己係香港人呢!

由於生日蛋糕都唔細,我地每人仲可以打包一件走添─個盒係橙色o既,設計幾精緻架!在此都要多謝幾位老友同事,俾我享受左一頓美味舒適o既生日飯。

由於唔係我埋單,個平均消費只係斷估架咋!

右下: 這是朱古力愛好者的極品,尤其餅底那厚厚實實的朱古力餅,吃後可會滿足得不得了,還巧妙地配上士多啤梨雪榚,中和了甜味。

但個人覺得此處比較適合三數知己朋友共聚,二人情侶不太適合, 因和之間太近, 我們全晚都可清楚聽到左右兩的外籍人士大聲交談,右面的還是在談公事,真想對他說:唏,老外,你在礙著我們談八卦啊!

I have been here loads of times. Nice view, nice service, nice food. The sommiliers are very professional over there, recommending us not only quality wine, but also the right wine for the right food. My favourite is their chocolate desserts that are made by valrhora chocolates!Nice decor, simple and soft, a lot better than Graddi's, Aqua or Felix~ Recommended!!

我個起初覺得4個courses唔會飽, 其實都會好似puss捧住個肚走.
Lastly, 我覺得係value for money, taste, decoration, view and service 好過Aqua好多!! (我唔知咁compare whether it is fair, so far I only have been 2 high class restaurants.)
我係會totally recommend食lee 個Sexy Sunset Menu既!!

Went there with my GF for her birthday. Booked and arrived at 6.30pm. It was because i wanted to try their sunset 4 course dinner $450@. It includes a glass of champaign , appertizer, main dish and dessert. The sunset course is only valid until 7pm. Or you can try 6 courses for $750 , 8 courses for $950. Firstly, the place is very romantic. There were not so many ppl when i arrived. But it was fully booked that nite and i have to return my table at 8.30pm. We ordered 2 to 4 courses set dinner. M

Firstly, the place is very romantic. There were not so many ppl when i arrived. But it was fully booked that nite and i have to return my table at 8.30pm. We ordered 2 to 4 courses set dinner. My fd had an pasta with seafood. It was delicious. The seafood was so tasty and fresh. I had a pumpkin soup. The soup was quite different. It was not that thick and was very creamy. it was GGGGood!!.

Then for the main course, my fs had lamb and i had grill fish. The lamb was ok ,but the side dish rice is not good. The taste was odd (my opinion) and even my gf did not eat it too. My fish is ok too. I've read the comments underneath and the fish is recommended. They say the cook is famous of cooking fish. But i was a bit disappointed. The dessert is ice-cream with a cake. As i don't like dessert very much and so ate only little. The cake was so sweet, even my gf said too sweet for her too.

At last, a latte and cappacino were the perfect ending.

P.S i saw a foreginer ate 5 cups of icecream as dessert. It was huge and everyone was watching him. I think he was enjoyable with his 5 big cup.

This restaurant is nice.They have very good view of Victoria Harbor. Nevertheless, you need to dress up a little bit as it has dress code. You cannot wearing short enter the restaurant..........We ordered red and white wine first. Wine is fine.2 Appertizers are Duck liver, and scallops. Liver is good, the side dish of salad and applie slices are also good. But the scallops are only up to standard, do not bring surprise.2 main courses are lamb, and Steak. This restaurant is nice.

正曝!去左3次,有一次係Spainish wine dinner tim! 靚境,nice interior, nice waiter/waitress, with nice food(especially baked code, 滑到好似steam魚咁!) and a large collection of wine list. Recommend!

尋日岩岩食完, 因為生日, 朋友豪請我一餐, 我地兩位女士一人叫左8道菜黎試, um............整體黎講食物質數都叫中上, 不過可能叫得over左, 食到第2個主菜時個肚已full哂, 所以最尾既甜品根本是細嘗一下咋, 仲要飲埋杯leamon tea. 所以如果唔係太大細可散叫or 6道菜也可, 只是少了一個主菜及一個甜品而已.環境唔夠high, 較為casuel, 風景位不夠氣勢, 可能始終不是高層, 沒有區高臨下之感, 不過值得一提是服務生service夠專業, 每次去完洗手間也幫忙拉chair, 而且唔會成日在你面前執呢執no, 應出手時才出手, 上完整個8道菜要3個小時, 記住要有足夠時間先黎食啦!

Very casual fine dining restaurant. The decor is modern and the tables are packed relatively close to each other as compared with other more 'formal' restaurants such as Petrus and Tuscana......a bit like Tetsuya's in Sydney (minus the japanese garden of course!). Can get quite noisy if restaurant is full. Has a kick arse view overlooking the Victoria Harbour. Great casual atmosphere, so if you're looking for real romantic places this may not be ideal (though you can always walk w/ your part

Great casual atmosphere, so if you're looking for real romantic places this may not be ideal (though you can always walk w/ your partner along the harbour front after dinner which is just outside the restaurant and so arguably could be just as romantic in the end!)

The bread basket was mediocre.....their bread selection was not that unique and consisted mainly of plain rolls and buns which you can find in a lot of restaurants. Not very impressive.

The wine list was very comprehensive and well organised, with a good selection ranging from the reasonably priced new world wines to the more expensive extreme. They also had special promotional wines which were very nice considering their price. They have a resident wine specialist ready to offer you recommendations and suggestions. Really helpful. They may run out of stock of some wines on the list (which happened to us) but their specialist recommended another similar wine and it was brilliant. Great recommendation as it tasted (and more importantly priced) similar to the one we originally had in mind.

The service was not as good as I hoped. I think they don't have enough waiters cos you reall yhave to make an effort to get their attention sometimes. They were polite enough though once thye were at your table.

I ordered their signature dish 'the egg' as a starter. Very nice and smooth, its wonderful flavours dancing on my tongue. Absolute must-have. Had a sip of my friend's crab soup as well which was excellent.

The lamb was my main dish and my god I was totally blown away. Extremely tender, cooked just right at medium rare, and it was devoid of all the nasty 'lamby' flavours. Absolutely fabulous. I wish I was having that again for dinner tonight!

The dessert was also excellent, but it depends on what you order....some of them were rather mediocre and were not as impressive as their signature desserts. Black on Black was what I had and it was basically a combination of mini dark chocolate desserts. No dark choc lover could say no to this one. Can be a bit heavy though if you're not a big eater. I took a bite of my friend's caramel bar or sth....can't exactly remember what it was but it was a caramel dessert. Thumbs up for that as well.

I have tried their sets before but personally it is much much better to order a la carte as most of their most impressive dishes are in the a la carte menu. Yes it'll be more expensive but if you're shelling out so much for a dinner why not pay some more to actually have a real fabulous dinner.

All in all a fantastic experience....till the bill comes in of course. Came up to over $6000 for 3, but that was only because of the wine we ordered. Think $ 1000 per head on average should be alright.
